This is kind of an ongoing thing for about two years now. And I'm not sure if it's just me experiencing this, but I haven't heard anything from neighbors. Which makes me think even more the theory I have is correct. I will give a more detailed version of this later and updates. But for now my mind is racing... Is it really my neighbors? Is it a satanic cult? Is it a serial killer? Right now idk.
