We will now start a conversation between both of you.
Here are some animal communication sessions you can try out to connect with your friend by yourself.
This is an interactive book. We will leave some spaces for you to fill in with your answers. You can of course also use your own paper or notebook. In this way you can take part in this journey. You will have these sessions available as recordings as well, so that you can close your eyes during your conversation with your pet if you wish to do so.

Some Questions and Answers
Before beginning the first session, we would like to address a few questions that might have come up for you.
How does this work – how can I imagine this ?
This kind of conversation is similar to the one you have when you phone someone. You cannot see them, but you know they are there. It is the same with our pets – they are just there.
Maybe you wonder if it is better to leave the eyes open or closed.
Many people prefer to have their eyes closed, like when they concentrate on something or meditate. Others prefer to talk with eyes open or half open. That seems to work well too. It is up to you to find out what works best for you.
Do you need a photo of your pet to make contact ?
You don’t really need a photo of your pet, you will be relying on your imagination to show you your pet as you remember them. This inner image may not necessarily correspond to the image on a photo.
Just remember that your pet is present with you in their essence – they may show themselves to you in a new way. You will recognize their vibration in whatever form they use to show themselves to you, because you know them.
