For the next session, the pets would like you to bring out some of your crayons, coloured pencils and pens, as well as some pieces of paper or notepads. 

They would like you to start drawing your pet. 

This does not need to be a piece of art or even have a likeness. 

The main purpose is to connect with your love for your pet and to express it in colours and shapes. 

Maybe you have a symbol that represents your pet or their qualities. 

You can draw the colour of their fur or something you remember them by. 

Maybe you draw their name in special letters. 

The animals would love you to give your love for them a shape and colour, and they will inspire you in this endeavour. 

You can take some notes about this process to remember your feelings and experiences as you connect with your pet in this way.
