Surely you would also like to know how your friend is doing now.

In this session you can first write down some questions about the place where your pets find themselves now.

Maybe you have some questions regarding their transition. How was it for them ?

Would they like to share anything about their experience ?

How did they experience going over the Rainbow Bridge into the Worlds of Light ?

How are they doing now ? What does it look like, feel like, where they are ?

You will come up with your own questions and maybe you have to be gentle with yourself and take time for this.

Just remember how much your pets love you – they only want the best for you, and in this way, they would like to bring you comfort and understanding.

Maybe you drink a glass of water before going on or take a rest – do whatever feels good and whatever makes you feel that you are caring for yourself.

When you are ready, you can say “hello” to your pet, and start a conversation about their passing and about where they are now.

Just ask the first question.

You may have to be a bit brave if you are still feeling the pain of losing your friend.

But remember that now you are talking with them, and they want to communicate with you to help you feel better and to give you comfort.

When you hear something from your pet, you can write it down, if you like.

You can ask more questions if there is something else that you would like to know.

You can also ask open questions like:

What would you like to share about your experience ?

The animals will choose the words and feelings and pictures that will resonate most with you. You can trust that they know you so well, that this is a safe conversation to have.

Let them show you their new home and when you look around, take note of what you see and how you feel there.

Does it feel like a place where your beloved friend might be happy ?

Ask as much or as little as you please.

When you come back, you can take notes, and you can also draw or paint what you saw, so that you can remember it.
