advent season 2022

The Advent Season has begun. Below is information on things happening around Redemption Church.

• Family Advent Packets - Daily advent activities are available at the sanctuary entrance.
• Neighborhood Cookie Collection - We invite our neighbors to join us for our Christmas Eve service by delivering cookies with an invitation. We ask that you help us by bringing 2 dozen homemade cookies on Sunday, December 11th.
• Christmas Eve Family Service - Our family candlelight service begins at 5:30pm on Saturday, December 24th. No childcare is available.
• No Sunday service on Christmas Day.
• We will have Sunday Service on New Year’s Day.
• Year End Gift - Every year we take a special offering to fund our Compassion Ministry for the following year. Traditionally, we collect this offering at our Christmas Eve Service. If you would like to give online, please go to our website here for our End of Year Justice and Compassion fund.

prayer rally to end homelessness

Redemption Church is helping to sponsor a Good Faith Network / Project 1020 prayer event to mark the opening of the cold-weather shelter for this season. Please come support our homeless members if you can!

food pantry volunteers needed

This Saturday, December 3rd is our monthly food pantry with Harvesters. If you can help with food distribution to our neighbors, please be at the church at 12:15pm. The food pantry is from 1-2pm.
