As I said at the end of last week's episode, reportedly Mike Leigh's favorite film is Boudu Saved from Drowning, which is probably no surprise if you've watched his 1993 film Naked. David Thewlis's breakout role is a Sisyphean Odyssey throw a dark underbelly of people waiting for the trickle down to hit them, hopefully before the apocalypse.
