I hear in a lot of different spaces, just be fearless. A lot of 'motivation' talks or videos is often around 'just be fearless' or celebrating being a 'fearless leader'. 

For me I say 'F&#K, being fearless. I am instead learning to make friends with my fear, to make space for her. Which is really allowing me to meet each moment for what it is, and respond rather than being reactive. 

And how I am working with my Tidda, friend and Mentor Jess to show up differently in 2023. Allowing me knowing that I am hear to do be and do things differently as an anchor to make friends with my fear and show up as I am.
