Now this band I've been tracking down for AGES but we just hadn't managed to get round to it!
THEIA, These brothers now how to entertain and put on a great performance. Their songs aiming to break the stigma that is associated with mental health and life struggles, they are advocates in supporting improving wellbeing and mental health. 
I've had the pleasure of knowing them since 2016 if not earlier and they are a staple part of the music scene.
During  the peak of the COVID pandemic they wrote a song called "Blue Heart" in order to support all the NHS staff, they reached out at numerous points in that horrendous time and just wanted me to know that they were there for me!
