Despite the fact I have produced a new podcast episode every day for the past 243 days, my subscriber count hasn’t changed since the beginning of the year. Now I know subscriber count isn’t much of anything, but it is something. And I’d be lying if I told you it wasn’t at least a little bit demoralizing.
