Kapil Ghai (@_kapilghai) in conversation with Hasheel (@hasheell)  

Hasheel has been training in East Indian Classical Vocal since the age of 5. In 2001, Hasheel also started playing the Bansuri (Indian flute) and is currently a senior student of the legendary Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia. He is also under the tutelage of renowned singer Pandit Ajay Pohankar. Hasheel has performed around the world and across Ontario. He is also featured in numerous albums and film scores with over 100 tracks to his name. His collaborations include those with Balkan musicians all the way to electronic and hip hop artists.  

As part of the South Asian Creativity Festival 2021, we are featuring creatives of South Asian origin from all over the world. They will be part of our digital book "The Brown Book." 📕📚📖  Our most ambitious and passionate project up to date. We are collabing with 50+ South Asian origin creatives around the world through various digital means. 🧑🏽‍🎨
