Alvin and German conduct a great conversation with the Owner of the Law Office of Donovan Anderson, Donovan Anderson.’86. A native of Jamaica, after spending nearly ten years within the DC school system, Donovan opened a successful law firm in 2000, where he advocates on behalf of parents to seek appropriate educational services for disabled students in the District of Columbia. He serves as the Chair of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board as well as represents Howard University School of Mathematics and Science PCS as their attorney on special education related matters. After Colgate, he earned a J.D. from Georgetown Law School and has served on the Alumni Council and class chair for reunion weekend. While at Colgate he was very active - he co-founded the West Indian Students Association and served in student government. He earned his BA in Political Science.
