Dr. Gina Vanegas is a skilled consultant and engaging speaker passionate about amplifying the voices of individuals not typically heard through the use of stories and narratives. She holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from UC Santa Barbara, has co-authored several publications, and speaks on mental health topics such as self-care, vicarious trauma, and burnout, among others. In the corporate arena, Dr. Vanegas utilizes her expertise in qualitative data analysis and social justice to help organizations assess and improve their workplace culture. In the public sector, she helps non-profit organizations assess and conveying the impactful work they do through the use of qualitative data. She identifies as an immigrant, first-generation PhD, and now a first generation business owner.
