When our two images of "reality" don't match up; when our real-world experience clashes with our inner-world expectations, our inner-world and our (false) sense of self are de-stabilised. This makes us anxious, so we feel compelled to reinforce our (false) sense of self and our model of reality by justifying, denying or blaming someone else. Our false-self is in control in its virtual inner-world, but it has very little influence on the real outer-world, so we often get frustrated when things don't go our way.
Our virtual-world provides the added benefit of distancing us from the confusing, distressing and traumatic situations of the real-world. As a young child we learnt how to use our virtual-world as a psychological buffer to soften the impact of real-world distress. It allowed us to block out or distort certain aspects of our reality, paint a rosier picture of our life and justify the other people's negative behaviour towards us. It allowed our innocent immature consciousness to cope with the sometimes harsh realities of the real world. Over time we stopped perceiving the real world directly because it felt safer to perceive life indirectly, through the intermediary of the mind. Over time we became so identified with our false-self and our virtual-world that we fell asleep to objective reality and forgot who we truly are. This is the root cause of most of our difficulties in life.

Depending on which chakras are blocked or limited, the physical and mental consciousness will exhibit various manifestations. Blockages in the solar plexus for instance can result in a lack of will or strong intent to take action. This will be experienced in the body as a lessening of the bio-chemicals that create the sensation or emotion of will and purpose. Emotionally and mentally this will be experienced in corresponding mind states such as apathy or boredom. Shame is a clear signal that our positive feelings have been interrupted. Another person or a circumstance can trigger shame in us, but so can a failure to meet our own ideals or standards. Given that shame can lead us to feel as though our whole self is flawed, bad, or subject to exclusion, it motivates us to hide or to do something to save face. So it is no wonder that shame avoidance can lead to withdrawal or to addictions that attempt to mask its impact.
Shame is often confused with guilt--an emotion we might experience as a result of a wrongdoing about which we might feel remorseful and wish to make amends.

The thirteenth chapter of Matthew marks a new division in the gospel, in which Jesus addresses Himself to the problem of what will occur when He goes back to heaven as the rejected King. Besides earning less money, the best way to pay little to no taxes is to make your income equal your itemized deductions. Single filers get a standard deduction of $6,300 while married couples get roughly $12,600 for 2016. Therefore, make $6,300 a year or $12,600 a year as a couple and voila! No taxes.
The problem is no single person or married couple can live off only $6,300 and $12,600 in income, respectively. Hence, forget about the pitiful standard deduction. Go for the itemized deduction which includes home mortgage interest, property taxes, and charitable givings. Obviously you need a mortgage to be able to pay mortgage interest and property taxes, so consider owning a piece of property already. The government subsidizes your ownership.
As for charity, give as much as you can. It is better to give to causes you are passionate about rather than pay more taxes to the government who ends up wasting your money.

Think about your whole life, your physical health, your financial wellbeing and all your relationships as the natural outcome of agreements you’ve made with yourself.
Then allow yourself to see that those agreements are subject to change whenever you decide it’s time to reject your undesirable circumstances and choose again.

Giving cannot occur without a receiver. Receiving, therefore, is actually an act of giving. Receiving gives the act of giving someplace to go.
In truth, only giving exists. In the physical Universe, where we experience the illusion of separation, it appears that one person can give an object, such as money, and receive something in exchange, such as clothing or food.
If you examine this "exchange" closely, you will notice that the only action that occurs is giving. One gives money, and the other gives the money someplace to go. The other gives food or clothing, and the other gives the food and clothes someplace to go.
The need for exchange is created by the mind which believes the illusion of separation.

what is neural pathways?
Neurons are nerve cells that transmit nerve signals to and from the brain. The pathway along which information travels through the neurons (nerve cells) of the brain is a neural pathway. How is a neural pathway created? A lot of the programming of our body is “hard wired” into us already, but we also create new neural pathways every time we experience something new and different. When we do something right, a pathway is created. Unfortunately, a pathway is also created when we something wrong. We basically build habits this way, both good and bad. So the reason we keep making the same mistakes is that we slip by default back into existing neural pathways. We’re all capable of making the same mistakes over and over, because, under stress; we tend to retreat to habits of emotion regulated formed in toddlerhood. Habits rule under stress and when the regulatory processes of the prefrontal cortex (the Adult brain) are overtaxed from physical or mental exhaustion. When you study information that you have a hard time comprehending, do not allow frustration to prevent you from learning it. One way to do this is to do research on the words that are preventing you from understanding the information.
After you do research on the words that are preventing you from understanding the subject you are studying, go back and study the subject again, but do not study it to the point where it gives you a headache and frustrates you. After that, relax your mind and sleep on it. During the sleeping process, your subconscious processes the information in a way that helps you understand it easier. After getting a good night sleep, go back and re-read and re-study the information. You may be surprise how much easier it is to understand it. If you still have a hard time comprehending it, repeat the process and then sleep on it again. Eventually, you will understand it. Sometimes the information just need more time to sink in.
The issues the world faces, the destruction, greed, genocide, economic meltdown, etc… cannot and won’t be resolved until man faces himself, looks at himself and does the work to gain Self Knowledge, beyond worship of the personality and ego.
