The importance of this role of Mentor:

Is going to highlight what are the things that we need to improve.

What are the things that we are doing good?

What are the things that we are missing?

How is the flow?

How is our communication?

How is our connection with the client?

How is our closing?

How good are we starting the session, etc.….

1. Triad is three, so it consists of three parts.
2. It's a kind of setting where you're going to be coaching someone and you're going to have a third person, so you're going to be sitting in a kind of triangle shape.
3. The good thing in this Triad is that each one of you is a coach.
4. Each one of you wants to get the benefits of having the experience of 360 degrees.
5. You are the coach. And later on, you got to take the place of the coachee and then you're going to be taking the place of the observer.
6. It is important for you to experience that concept of Triad.
7. Triad will allow us to change different frames.
