Greta Lundgaard has been integral to the leadership development within the language profession. Leaders do not come fully formed, becoming a leader takes time and conscientious effort. Greta's vision, focus and ability to deliver are the strengths on which she draws but because she knows her strengths, she also knows that she can't do it all by herself. The power of a team is always stronger than one person.
