On the 27th of July 2012, Liberty's Thunder premiered, at that time called the Tex & Rex Show, with a month-long slog to the RNC Convention in Tampa, Florida in the hopes of stopping the re-election of Obama by stopping Mitt Romney and promoting Ron Paul and Newt Gingrich.
