Howard is one of those kinds of guys. He describes having terminal cancer, constant painful infection, and deadly circulation issues as "first world problems". Yes, he's one of those guys. The kind who the rest of us see and know as supermen. Yet Howard is as down to earth as any man on the planet, and he chooses to take on the cards he was dealt with joy, spirituality and laughter.
