The storylines surrounding the story of a regional team in a National Sport, their fight to keep the team in Sacramento from 2009-2016, and the end of their infamous 'streak' of 16 years without a playoff appearance. Plus, why this team reminds me exactly of my hometown of San Diego, and why I want 2023 to be the year the playoff drought ends so badly for the people of Sacramento
