I cannot thank you enough for all of your help and support over the last 6 months. Learning my daughter likely had Crohn's disease (confirmed by two doctor's assessments of her symptoms) was one of the scariest days of my life. When your 7 yr old starts losing weight, having diarrhoea constantly, etc etc it feels like a nightmare that you have no control over. Now that she is completely back to normal, with no active signs of disease at all it feels like it almost never happened. I am sure this is a very scary condition for an adult to go through but as a parent watching your young child have this and knowing what the possible future could be is devastating.
