As "Batman v Superman" inches ever closer, we're going to be taking a look at the beginning of both of these superhero titans in the movie world with their first ever tellings on film. We start with the film many credit with the birth of the modern superhero film movement: Tim Burton's 1989 Classic Batman. Staring Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson, this film launched Tim Burton into the directing stratosphere while doing the same for Michael Keaton, known mostly as a comic actor at the time.
