Creative embodiment - the process of using tools, methods, forms of creativity to integrate what I'm learning into my body + live it in my life as opposed to just thinking about it   

What do you do to embody yourself? Creative embodiment - what does it mean to you? To me this is the experience part of the knowledge part. 

If knowledge = self discovery, experience = creative embodiment   

Together - knowledge + experience = wisdom 

Together - self-discovery + creative embodiment = presence and fulfillment
