God's first family in the garden chose to attempt to claim a blessing for themselves instead of receiving the blessing he had prepared for them. In Genesis 12, God makes a new attempt with a new family to bless them and through them bless the world. As part of the current family of God what does this mean for us? God wants each of us to be a blessing as well and inside our church family is a great place to practice receiving and giving that blessing.
