In today's discussion, we're focusing on how to create inner space for self-confidence to flourish.
Many of us are looking to recreate ourselves.
We are ready to shed the narratives that we've carried, that feed a sense of shame, timidity, fear, and in some cases, self-loathing. Rather than accept this as an indefinite reality, we are ready to neutralize our inner critic.
We all have something to feel confident about. To be unapologetic about - if you're looking for liberation and emancipation, I'm happy to provide the baby steps to get you started on your journey.
