At some point, we've internalized the belief that stillness and taking an opportunity to absorb this present moment is a crime.Or more specifically, we associate it with being lazy and stagnant.When we feel guilty by carving out time to simply enjoy our thoughts - we rationalize thinking less. When we think less, we are less opposed to doing things that upon further reflection we know is not in alignment with who we are, or the direction we care to take.So think things through.
