Max Keller began his real estate career with single-family residential properties, wholesaling, completing fix and flip rehabs, and acquiring rentals. After completing over 100 deals in multiple states, he looked for a way to more easily scale his real estate business and found mobile homes. Once Max started working with mobile homes, he was hooked. Almost every challenge that was present in the single-family residential world of investing was either absent or greatly reduced in mobile home investing. Max, his business partner Glenn, and their company, Mobile Vested, have a goal of helping over 10,000 new and existing mobile home investors.
Glenn began his career in real estate in 1982, quickly becoming a top sales manager for a mobile home dealership. Over his 37 years in the mobile home industry, he developed mobile home subdivisions, owned a mobile home park, owned and operated mobile home sales centers and bought, sold, and leased single-family homes. Today, Glenn invest in his most profitable venture to date, double-wide mobile homes on land. After sticking out his thumb and traveling the world, David returned home to Austin, Texas broke and unemployed, at the age of 26. Though his travels may not have yielded wealth, they instilled the key motivation that he brings to every part of his life to create it -- freedom.

Through this intention, David began to test his entrepreneurial merits alongside his business-partner mom in the world of real estate. The results were nothing short of remarkable. He finished the Race Across America, hand cycling 3,100 miles in just 12 days, sleeping 90 minutes a night to make it from Oceanside, CA to Annapolis, MD. During the Brazil135 Ultra Marathon, André completed 135 miles through the jungle terrain in 62 hours, sometimes crawling along the forest dragging his wheelchair behind him.
The cycle of finding a race, puzzling through its completion, working to hit training goals and finally seeing himself across the finish line represents for André the positive side of his life’s struggle. Through sheer determination, André did learn to walk again, but more importantly, he brought the lessons he learned from the process into other facets of his life... He was not only the first person in a wheelchair to finish these extraordinarily challenging events, but he was also the first to even attempt them. He is without question, an inspiration.
