Derrick Decker has been an athletic trainer for many years and started his journey at Ball State University in Muncie, IN, followed by an internship with the Indianapolis Colts. His path continued at the University of Missouri – Columbia and continued one more year with the NFL with the Carolina Panthers prior to his switch to MiLB and currently is an Athletic Trainer for the Texas Rangers. Yet, current date shows that up to 35% of elite athletes suffer from a mental health issue which may manifest as stress, burnout, an eating disorder, anxiety or depression. Johnny “Brutal” Bedford grew up competing in wrestling and then transitioned to martial arts, and is well known for being a MMA Fighter. He fought in Bellator before getting invited to join the UFC. He made his UFC debut December 3, 2011. Today Johnny does bare knuckle fighting and is currently the BKFC Bantamweight Champion.
