The mission of Fix Your Focus: Let's Chat Therapy with Siedah & Alicia is to provide a service offering women a safe haven to listen, discuss and inquire about areas of transition that we experience in life. Whether it’s a discussion on relationships, self-love, children, generational traumas or simply how to get back in touch with oneself, our mission is to provide that place. The idea of therapy is to provide growth and generate a new focus on establishing boundaries and taking the steps to know reaching out for help or just a listening ear is not just excepted but encouraged.
