It does cover the usual stuff but let's not get carried away with that.
This episode we do a review of the Anthrodesk Ergostyle Standing Desk Converter and decide whether it's better than an electric standing desk.
We also talk about if a standing desk converter is better for your clinic. I've found that a sit-stand desk really helps in the clinic and I have less back pain as a result. I went to Dr Jacksons seminar many years ago and it shaped my clinic experience to this very day.
