Many of us have been taught to go to college, get a degree and then get a good job in our field. After all higher education allows you to pursue a career that you will enjoy. When you have the luxury of finding your career path, it is more likely that you will enjoy what you do. Enjoying your career can be linked to higher pay from employers also. But less than 50% of Americans have a college degree. Today we discuss what higher learning means to us. Everything from elevating your mind, to the journey from high school to college and even compensating student athletes. Lastly we discuss the effects of some state opening despite the COVID-19 pandemic.
Wall Street is a street in New York where the Stock Exchange and important banks are. Often used to refer to the financial business carried out there and to the people who work there.
For many decades we have been taught about Wall Street and the New York Stock Exchange, but many have never even heard of Black Wall Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma. But why do you think that is the case? The dismantling of one of the most powerful institutions in our history, "Black Wall Street" and the resilience of a people to preserve our rich legacy is the true demise of wealth & power. Black Wall Street can be attributed to two prominent black entrepreneurs, O.W. Gurley & J.B. Stradford. Tulsa, Oklahoma’s Greenwood District, known as Black Wall Street, was one of the most prosperous African-American communities in the United States. Today we discuss some of the history of Black Wall Street & the importance of the Black Dollar.

So take a trip with us down memory lane where we talk about some of the best memories from our childhood. Today's episode is special because the topic comes directly from one of our supporters. A couple of weeks ago we were asked one simple question from one of our female supporters, "why are men afraid of commitment..." We jump right into the question and provide some insight on the topic. Hear some of our thoughts & weather or not we agree with men having commitment issues. Lastly we introduce to the world our newest family member to the team, Brother Knowledge aka B.Stokes!!!
