Welcome family! This is Pastor Joe Moss II with Make God Famous Church, and I’m so glad you’ve joined us today. We’re in Week 2 of our series God’s Map for Your Life. Last week we talked about roads—the way we travel. This week, we’re stepping into gates—the points of entry.

Jesus said in Matthew 7, ‘Enter through the narrow gate, for wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.’

Today we’re going to talk about the gates in your life—the decisions you face, the authority you give, the protection you need, and how Christ Himself is the true Gate. Don’t just stand near it. Don’t just admire it. Enter it. Let’s get into this word.

You Can’t Fake Fruit

You can fake hustle. You can fake confidence. You can even fake success for a season. But here’s the truth: you can’t fake fruit. 🍎

In this powerful episode of the Make God Famous Podcast, Pastor Joe Moss II of Make God Famous Church takes us deeper into a simple but unforgettable lesson — one that started with a father–son conversation at the dinner table.

Fruit is the result of your life. It shows up in your habits, your relationships, your leadership, and your impact. Fake fruit might look good from the outside, but it can’t feed anyone. Real fruit — the kind that lasts, nourishes, and points people back to the source — only comes from connection.

Whether you’re:

  • An athlete under the spotlight, trying to prove yourself in the big moments,
  • A professional grinding to climb the ladder but running on empty,
  • A parent trying to balance work, home, and raising kids in a busy world,
  • A coach or leader shaping culture and setting the example for others,
  • Or a student navigating the pressure of identity and acceptance…

This episode is for you.

Inside, we’ll unpack:
✅ The cultural obsession with “plastic fruit” — appearances, image, and performance.
✅ The 3 marks of real fruit that lasts, feeds others, and reflects your source.
✅ The false sources we often cling to — success, image, applause — and why they always leave us empty.
✅ The real source that produces life for athletes, professionals, leaders, parents, and students alike.
✅ A closing challenge: when life takes a bite out of you, what will it taste?

This isn’t just about church. It’s about real life. Because the truth is, the world doesn’t need more polished performances. It needs people producing fruit that’s real, alive, and life-giving.

👉 Tune in now, and discover how to stay connected to the real source — and live a life that feeds a hungry world.

"What do you do when you're winning battles but losing strength?"

"You’re conquering on the outside — but collapsing on the inside. Let’s reset the temple."

"Victory isn’t enough if your soul is starving. This is your call to refuel."

You can be winning battles in life and ministry — and still be completely worn out inside.

In this powerful message from Week 5 of the This Is My Temple series, Pastor Joe Moss II shows how even bold spiritual leaders like Elijah (1 Kings 19:3–8) faced emotional burnout, exhaustion, and hidden emptiness after great public victories.

Many high-capacity leaders today are winning publicly but breaking down privately — and it’s often because we’ve neglected the daily refueling our temples need to sustain purpose.

Drawing from 1 Corinthians 10:31 (fueling everything for God’s glory), Galatians 6:9 (not growing weary in well-doing), and Isaiah 40:29–31 (renewing our strength through God), this message helps you:

  • Understand the dangers of spiritual burnout and hidden exhaustion.
  • Recognize the importance of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual fuel.
  • See why leadership health matters just as much as leadership skill.
  • Learn how purpose-driven living requires daily maintenance, not just big moments.
  • Reset your temple through spiritual disciplines, real rest, and right habits.
  • Build endurance to carry the glory over a lifetime — not just flash for a moment.

If you’ve been leading on empty, serving while starving, or fighting while fatigued, this message is your call to reset your temple and refuel your life — God's way.

Key Scriptures from today's message:
📖 1 Kings 19:3–8 — Elijah’s crash and recovery
📖 1 Corinthians 10:31 — Fueling your life for the glory of God
📖 Galatians 6:9 — Persevering without growing weary
📖 Isaiah 40:29–31 — Strength renewed for the journey

Today’s Declaration:

“This is my temple.
It belongs to God.
No more running on fumes.
I am fueled for my calling.
I am strong enough to carry the glory.
I will finish my race full of faith, fire, and strength.
In Jesus’ name — Amen!”

Listen now, share it forward, and declare it with us:

“This is my temple.
I will carry His presence.
I will honor His Spirit.
Because God moved in, and I will make Him known.”

Your body is not a burden—it’s a temple.
In this kickoff message to our This Is My Temple series, Pastor Joe Moss II reminds us that true transformation doesn’t begin with effort—it begins with honor.

Scripture says your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19–20), and Romans 12:1 calls us to present it as a living sacrifice. This message will challenge you to stop neglecting your health, mindset, and habits—and start treating your body like it belongs to God.

🛐 This is the start of full-life stewardship.
💪🏽 This is temple training.
🔥 This is how we Make God Famous—starting with ourselves.

Listen, share, and declare:
“This is my temple. I will honor it like it belongs to God—because it does.”

In this episode we find Jesus is really alive and that His Love gives us hope. Who is someone you would recognize anywhere? Are you picturing their face? If they walked through the door right now, you would recognize them instantly, right? Of course you would! And that’s what I find so interesting about what happened on the very first Easter - the day Jesus rose from the dead. Mary Magdalene, one of Jesus is disciples, went to visit Jesus his tomb but was horrified to find that he was missing! She assumed someone has stolen his body because who else could explain it? Overcome with grief, Mary Wept. As she cried, someone asked why she was crying. She thought the voice belonged to the gardener but when the man said her name, she realized Jesus had been standing right beside her. Like Mary, our pain or hopelessness sometimes keeps us from seeing what is true.

Easter is the day we celebrate Jesus rising from the dead, let’s be honest – that’s not always easy to believe. How does someone stop being dead? Are we sure it happened? What if It didn’t? And if it did, so what? What does it have to do with our lives today? Well, it turns out we’re not the only ones who have asked questions like this. When Jesus died, even his closest friends and followers have questions, fears and doubts. In this two-part Easter podcast special, we will see how Jesus share the good news with his friends that he really was alive, and that nothing not even death could separate them from God‘s love-not ever. Tune in and see how of the love of Jesus is bigger than our doubts and gives us hope.
