"Let's Talk Life!"

“Let’s Talk Life!” broadcasts are dedicated to healing and personal growth. Every Saturday morning Host Velva Lee Heraty introduces one of the eight life areas for exploration and discussion. Those life areas are: Self, Family, Relationships, Spirituality, Community, Health, Work and Play.

On a deeper level “Let’s Talk Life!” is about the journey people take in life and how they experience and understand the twists and turns of it. What they learned and what they are willing to share with others. In the beginning Velva Lee Heraty discusses whichever life area is agreed upon from a general/archetypal perspective and then the guest talks about in a subjective/personal way.

Host Velva Lee Heraty has a Master of Social Work degree and is a Certified Jungian Depth-Psychotherapist. She has 28 years of clinical experience specializing in dreams, addictions, family dynamics, relationships, and advanced communication skill building. Velva is a well-known clinical trainer and was a resource for the National Nightmare Hotline created as a result of the 9/11 tragedies.
