Started listening to electronic music at 13 and was the lone rave wolf at my high school. Since I started raving, my musical tastes have been deeply shaped by the scenes I have been in.
The beats you hear were deeply influenced by the time I have spent on dancefloors in LA, DC, and Tokyo and by my many nerdy scene friends who have introduced me to all sorts of wonderful music. In the time where people emphasize how easy it is to get music from around the globe, the local scenes still manage to keep their own sound and deeply influence us.
