It was Nov 1, 2014, Daniela Palacios was riding her bicycle down a the street around 9p.m. when she was hit by a vehicle. Daniela, a mother of 8, later succumbed to her injuries. Anaheim investigators had no physical evidence and few leads to go on as they worked to bring justice for her family. Investigator Rick Alexander shares the behind the scenes on the case and how a suspect was finally brought to justice.
