Let’s continue the conversation about politics here in 2026! As of March, there’s a lot happening and plenty to talk about. In this episode, I discuss the Liberals using Jesse Jackson’s funeral for political gain, President Trump’s aim to target the Iranian regime alongside Israel, and the drama at Smoothie King involving a Trump 2024 hoodie. There’s a lot unfolding in the political and cultural landscape right now, and this episode takes a step back to look at some of the moments that have people talking. So kick back, relax, and let’s talk about it!

Economic Differences is a conversation about the realities we don’t always acknowledge when we talk about politics, government, and society. Too often, we argue as if everyone is living the same life — but economic class shapes how we experience the world in very different ways.
In this episode, we explore how the working class, SNAP recipients, students, local entrepreneurs, corporations, and global business owners all interact with policy from completely different positions. What feels like survival to one group can feel like strategy or theory to another.
None of these perspectives are fake — they are shaped by responsibility, pressure, access, and security. This isn’t about choosing sides or pushing labels. It’s about understanding why people feel the way they do, and why listening matters more than shouting. Real progress starts when we recognize where we stand, where others stand, and where we want to go together. Let’s Talk About It!
Welcome to today's episode where we delve into the realm of Couple's Goals, sparked by recent news from TMZ about social influencer Kristy Scott filing for divorce from her husband, Desmond. This episode focuses on motivating and encouraging couples, particularly men, to find healthy solutions to relationship challenges. We'll explore the roles each partner plays in a relationship and discuss how love, empathy, sympathy, compassion, and care are essential for nurturing a thriving bond. Understanding and practicing these qualities can lead to greater understanding and connection. Whether facing difficulties or aiming to strengthen your bond, these tools are fundamental in building a lasting and fulfilling relationship. Let's dive into these discussions and help each other move towards healthier, happier relationships.
Let's Talk About It!
In this 12 Months Later: 2025 Wrap-Up episode, I take time to reflect on the year, share key moments, and talk about lessons that can be carried forward into 2026. This conversation is centered on clarity, perspective, and moving with intention. I discuss helping my dad move into a new home and briefly explain the process of updating a property deed in the state of Georgia when it wasn’t originally in his name. It’s a practical reminder of the importance of staying informed, handling responsibilities thoughtfully, and making sure things are properly aligned for the future. The episode also touches on the current political climate, with an emphasis on shifting focus away from labels and divisions. Instead of judging people solely by who they voted for, I encourage listeners to pay attention to how people conduct themselves in everyday life—their actions, values, and how they treat others. Real character shows up in behavior, not debates. As the conversation wraps up, I encourage everyone to look ahead to 2026 with intention. This is a reminder to stay focused on personal goals, follow what matters to you, and approach life with balance and accountability. Growth doesn’t always have to come from struggle—it can come from awareness, consistency, and choosing healthier ways to move forward. Let's Talk About IT!
In this episode, we take a real and honest look at the growing role of Artificial Intelligence in our everyday lives—and the quiet ways it’s beginning to replace something much more human.
While AI has the power to inform, assist, and even inspire, this conversation challenges us to pause and reflect on how we’re using technology and why. As AI becomes more accessible, many people are turning to it not just for answers, but for emotional support, validation, and companionship.
In this podcast, we explore where that shift begins to blur the line between healthy tool usage and emotional dependency. Is AI helping us grow—or is it filling a void that should be addressed through real human connection, self-reflection, and meaningful relationships?
We discuss the importance of balance: using technology as a resource without allowing it to replace genuine interaction, emotional accountability, or personal growth. While there’s nothing wrong with using AI to gain insight, organize thoughts, or seek clarity in a moment of uncertainty, relying on it as a substitute for real-life conversations, conflict resolution, or emotional healing can quietly hinder our ability to build strong, healthy relationships.
This episode encourages listeners to reflect on how they engage with technology, how often they avoid difficult emotions or conversations, and whether convenience is coming at the cost of connection. It’s not about rejecting AI—but about using it responsibly, intentionally, and without losing our humanity in the process. If you’ve ever wondered whether technology is bringing us closer together or slowly pulling us apart, this conversation is for you.

I recorded this episode just days before the Democrats agreed to end the 2025 government shutdown. I genuinely believe that the Democrats prolonged the shutdown until after the 2025 elections in an attempt to regain as many seats as possible. In this podcast, I pose several questions for supporters of the left to consider. As an independent, I appreciate having sensible discussions about the current state of affairs in the U.S. Let's talk about it!

In my view, the Government Shutdown of 2025 is a strategic move by the left to create talking points against President Trump and the Republicans, arguing that they should not hold office or make decisions. As American citizens, we find ourselves pawns in a chess game, with daily maneuvers designed to keep our expectations and mentality about our country low. As Matthew 12:25 says, "A house divided against itself cannot stand." Let's talk about it!

Welcome back to another episode of Motivation Zone! This was a challenging topic to discuss. My condolences go out to Charlie Kirk's family, his wife, his children, and his friends. While I did vote for Trump, and I don't align with most liberal viewpoints, it's important to note that I wasn't a follower of Charlie Kirk, and I also stopped following Candace Owens in 2020. Personally, I believe that both conservatives and librals lack accountability and a willingness to admit when they are wrong; this mindset could lead to the downfall of America if we don't get it together and make some healthy changes. In this episode of Motivation Zone, I delve into the rift between Trump and Elon Musk, sharing my perspective on the underlying issues. Additionally, I offer my thoughts on the recent ICE protests occurring nationwide. I believe that two things can be true simultaneously: while ICE can certainly improve its handling of the deportation process for migrants, Americans must also recognize that the Biden Administration's approach was not sustainable for long-term economic growth and stability. Finally, I discuss Trump's "Big Beautiful Bill." Let's talk about it!

In this episode of Motivation Zone, I discuss the importance of assessing personalities, as it enables us to understand how to treat one another better. By recognizing different personality types, we can move forward with purpose, knowing where to invest our time effectively. Additionally, while gaining insight into others' personalities, it's crucial to strive to understand your own. In this episode of Motivation Zone, I discuss how Trump is shaking up the American systems with the changes he is implementing to tackle many of the issues our country has faced for years. The LEFT will attempt to create a ruckus over each decision Trump makes, ensuring that Americans lose trust in the process. I want to emphasize that a shock to the system is inevitable when the system has been unhealthy, toxic, and out of balance for such a long time. Let's Talk About It!

In this episode of Motivation Zone, we're diving back into politics! I want to share what I would do if I were Trump when it comes to talking to the Left. I believe it's time to start using parables to communicate with them because, clearly, they aren't grasping the basics of what America needs to get back on its feet. We used to be one of the greatest and richest countries, but right now, we're having a tough time holding onto that title. Let's Talk About It! In this episode of Motivation Zone, I want to share my views on love and Valentine's Day. I really don't think they go together. In this episode of Motivation Zone, I share my thoughts on politicians and politics. I believe we need to analyze our political relationships just like we do with any other relationship. In this episode of Motivation Zone, I talk about the trending topic of Stephen "Twitch" Boss and the family drama that has been unfolding online since the beginning of 2025. Allison Holker has decided to make some of Twitch's (alleged) past struggles public by releasing a book that she claims is meant to help others who might be in similar situations. I think this is a great topic to explore, as it raises questions about why people feel the need to keep secrets. I also discuss some solutions to improve our personal relationships. In this episode of Motivation Zone, I talk about my struggle with seasonal depression and the challenges I faced during the holidays. Welcome to this episode of Motivation Zone! Today, I want to tackle a pressing issue: the problem with silence. Reflecting on the tumultuous year of 2020, I've come to a powerful realization—I want to be heard and recognized as my authentic self.Too many individuals remain silent, paralyzed by the fear of losing relationships and opportunities. This silence can lead to even greater harm in the long run. Why is that? Because those who shy away from embracing their true selves often endure the most profound internal struggles, adopting a "take one for the team" mentality. This can spiral into depression and heightened stress, which could be alleviated simply by being true to oneself and facing the consequences of honesty, no matter how daunting they may seem.Have we become so soft as a society that we shy away from causing any disturbance? Here’s the reality: even growth disrupts the status quo from which it emerges. So, let’s dive into this conversation and explore the importance of breaking the silence!

In this episode of Motivation Zone, I want to share my insights on why I believe Kamala Harris's campaign ultimately fell short, despite her spending a staggering $1.2 billion on campaign funding. As the saying goes, you can't buy love or happiness, and this certainly applies to her situation. From a marketing perspective, it's clear that Harris's team thought they could secure victory by enlisting high-profile celebrities and flooding the airwaves with political mail. However, what Americans truly craved was genuine concern and authentic solutions to the pressing issues we face in this country. Let's Talk About It!

In this episode of Motivation Zone, I delve into the reasons behind Kamala Harris's defeat in the election, positing that she lacked both the confidence and the respect of the American people from the outset. This contest was not merely a face-off between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump; it was, in essence, Kamala Harris versus the very fabric of America itself. Trump's decisive victory in the presidential election serves as a wake-up call for liberals who have chosen to overlook the pressing issues facing our nation, opting instead to focus on topics that resonate less with the broader populace. The realities of the economy, border security, and the rising cost of living impact the majority of Americans, while issues like abortion and transgender rights do not hold the same weight for many. Based on some of my recent experiences, I've learned that Personality Assessments are important when you're trying to build healthy working relationships.
Always being made to feel that you are wrong, need to change or not be who you are in your relationships, is not health. It's important to gravitate to personalities that are complimentary to your own.
Exercise:
Take some time to assess what personalities are complimentary or contradictive to your own. Make healthier choices in relationships based on the information you've gathered.

I read a social media post recently that prompted me to think about Mind and Emotion Hacks. I'm one who will encourage you to understand how you feel opposed to trying to twist the reasons why you may feel how you feel. I see more and more in society that people are being encouraged to never feel bad, sad, frustrated, disappointed, hurt, angry, cautions etc. when in reality all of those emotions are trying to tell you something, whether it's about you, someone else, or you situation. Don't ignore it but seek wisdom, knowledge and understanding to resolve it.

This episode of Motivation Zone is to encourage you to evaluate your feelings and know that they do matter. There can be times when you get around people who will try to convince you that how you feel does not matter because it's small and there are worse situations and things to be concerned about. In this episode I discuss how small concerns (that go unnoticed and unchecked) can lead to bigger issues.
Motivation Exercise:
If you find that you have a concern that you'd like to address, make sure you're able to do so in a safe space. It's recommended if necessary, to have a witness or to do so with a professional who can mediate between you and the party you're expressing yourself to.
Understand and know that sometimes, someone downplaying how you feel can be a form of manipulation and abuse. If you find that you are not feeling free or safe to express how you feel around certain individuals it may be best to limit your exposure to them. Pray for them, bless them and move forward.

Here is this episode I discuss why from time to time reintroducing yourself is so important! Just because you knew someone doesn't mean you know them because we are always changing, and evolving--well, that's the goal anyways.
This Episode's Exercise:
Write down what has changed about you in the past 1-2 years. Think about who may be affected by these changes that you'd like to move forward in; take some time out with that person or individuals and reintroduce yourself and your new way of doing things.
Reminder: Not everyone will be happy about your changes but the point is the focus on those change's benefits. If those changes are helping you be better, and put you in forward movement, root yourself in those changes--meaning being confident in them no matter who disapproves.

Why do so many of us find it easy to motivate others and give advice but find it so hard to be motivated and follow it? In this episode of the Motivation Zone Podcast I strongly discourage this behavior. Giving advice that you don't follow should no longer be normal.
