Give this one some time...Im kinda all over the place a bit but for some reason it felt good to just talk and to see what comes up. At the end of the pod I seemed to find the thoughts I was looking to hopefully find when I set out on this show today. so that's good! I dip into my life as of today, and then I talk about "Think about it's" (no brainers, kinda) I discuss such actions and events and if we really think about what we are doing and can we train ourselves to act better. blah blah blah. I also read a card my sister gave me before I moved to Europe.
Today I contemplate the value of Experience in life, the need for in person teamwork and debate. Individual Perceptions, selective inputs and how people use theirs’s as an excuse to prove themselves correct = ignorance. my reality vs your reality... if we are all one then it's the collective reality? Education and the collateral value and the suppression of the poor. Generational conflicting interest. Energy how we feel it, use it, and how it subconsciously affects our being. How old should you be when choosing what's right or wrong

Out of know where, sitting in the sauna it came to me.... the perfect word to describe where my head is at and how I like to live my life. its takes a little bit of time to get to but its in here.
I start off talking about the ketogenic diet, then slide into how to build momentum, then into the snowball effect, then into investing in yourself, into interpretation, into observe (ing)
I like this episode
Todays is a little all over the place. I start with my Top Secret announcement which leads me into topics such as Subliminal messaging, life plans, breaking, family and therapy with destructive behaviour, awareness is everything, living through media, shaping our realities and possibilities.
I try and spin all of this together in some sense but.... maybe not so much :)
broadcast 92.7 cfffm 5pm feb 5 2021
Here I get a chance to interview my 7 year old niece who is in grade one. I was totally surprised she said yes to the interview when I asked her virtually 5 minutes before we did it. I love listening to her and she had zero prep for any of my questions.

aired Jan, 29, 2021 - 92.7 CFFFFM
In this episode I compare my kidney stone (July 2020) and my tonsillectomy (oct 2020) and which one hurts more. I talk about how these came to be and the signs of detection.
I also discuss why awareness is a key to pain management and how the more information you can attain can result in a significant improvement in a pain management process.
In this short episode I reflect on my self-compassion experiences, my OCD and how self-compasion helped along with journaling, surrounding yourself with people you want to emulate and more. This episode was inspired by an interview I listened to from Peter Attia (the drive pod) with Kristin Neff and they talked about self-compassion.
Do you ever wonder why men more often than not don't like being the small spoon? I do, and I discuss some of the reasons here today and reflect on an interview with Garth in regard to this and a little bit more. I dive into the "cuddling" vs "sex" ratio and how communication is the key but sometimes nothing can change an attitude.
In this episode I talk about the book "The Obstacle is the Way" by Ryan Holiday. I discuss two main themes from the being of the book and then elaborate on them with some of my own opinions and thoughts. The themes I delve into are Perception and how perception is everything. Also, Objectivity and if we can see events in our lives and around us for what they truly are, and not we want them or make them to be by using our life experiences influencing the situation, attitude and outcome.
Not much to this show.... I talk about a few books I'm reading and how I am realizing the path to my goals is what life is all about... It's not about the finish that only matters but the experiences, learnings, wins and hardships along the way that should be celebrated, acknowledged and appreciated considering this part of the process could take the longest.
My impressions of the Joe Rogan and Kenya West interview. I talk about the flow, certain topics and the over all performance. I also take some themes that were discussed and I elaborate on them with my own thoughts. For example, I discuss Imagination and memory and how we spend so much of our time within these and how they affect our lives everyday (14:30), Jealousy of a parent over their kids (42:00) and over all I talk about Kanyes scattered thoughts of articulation and how communication is the key to understanding properly.
Just coming out of Tonsil surgery and its not that easy to talk.... and I decided to play a couple of my favourite clips from a few past shows. The first clip is from "What is the World Coming to..." an interview with Jordan and Brennan (year or so ago) and the second is from the show "A Look Into my Brain..." At the end of this show I also play a song from my daughter called "Benardium" (a song about gay alien astronaut love, @nercity411/youtube)
In this episode I talk about Love, the importance of remembering the good and not just the bad and how the negative overrides the positive. I was recently presented with a question that made me feel... regretful (probably not the correct word) in regard to my memories of my marriage as I continue through my current divorce. I also discuss how the pain stays close as the joy slowly slips away, is this good? bad? Further more I contemplate the difference between arguing and the "Sleep on it" mentality vs. "Don't go to sleep angry". Finally I talk about "reason" and how important it is in the communication arena.
In this episode I try to figure out my brain and the realization that is now (almost) the time to get serious. It's time to start the next chapter/book and put together a plan for the rest of my life and the steps it is going to take to reach them. 5 year, 10 year and longer plans. Do we or should we know exactly what we want? Maybe, but I think there at least needs to be some structure. Key themes in the pod... who do I want to be hanging around, how exercise can shape my decisions and future, setting goals, where to live, and more
In the middle of a bike ride I started to contemplate if I was selfish or not, I stopped my bike and thought out loud in regard to this question. I consider service to others in justifying selfishness, the moment selfishness becomes narcissism, religion and its view on service and how society as a whole should/could integrate more service among its populations subconsciously.
This episode has a few different directions as I continue to struggle, determine, and figure out who I am, what makes me work, what I want in life.... I also discuss how I have been self reflecting about my past and the relationships I have had (going back to childhood) from the view point and experiences I now have as an adult. My question is and something I think about, can you understand now, what you could not understand before, because now you are older, more experienced and hopefully more empathetic to all experiences. And, if this is true... what can, should and do you do about it.
In this episode I contemplate the emotion Desire and how it affects our day to day lives ranging from relationships, work, family and over all everything. I talk about rejection and how it ties together and then I begin to discus first impressions and how these are the foundations to shaping virtually everything. I also tell a story about a friend of mine that got kicked out of the dentist office for complaining. This show is meant to hopefully have you critically think a little deeper regard our everyday, even if its just a tiny bit.
This is one of my favourites of the year...Season Finale! The question is... Can we live in the Maybe? I also talk about how narcissism, empathy and communication are trending words and emotions that are seemingly misused and misrepresented as a whole. I talk a little bit more about some of my relationships and I try and tie all of these together in order to have a better perspective in regard to all of this. Stick with it as it evolves into a spider web of connecting thoughts, perspectives, ideas and connections.
In this episode I discuss strategies that I use and others can in regard igniting mine/their dopamine levels naturally in order to focus better, be happier, accomplish more, have the people in your life (and mine) be part of the collateral affect this brings and the over all possible mind shifts and thought patterns and how they can improve ones over all wellbeing and happiness. my inspiration for talking about this came from a podcast by Ed Mylett and his guest Dr. Andrew Huberman.
Here I talk about dangers, expectations and perspectives when it comes to jealousy in a relationship and how different views towards this can be harmful and confusing. I also talk about the importance of friendships and what they mean to me and how I have started to become more aware of the benefits of having varying types of friends and how they enrich my life. In addition I talk about subliminal messaging and if its ok to inflict your will on to others with out them knowing? and to finish things off I talk about NARCISSISM - yikes, that's a big one....
How mirroring someone from the inside into their's in order to gain a better and more empathetic understanding can benefit all parties involved. I talk about how communication no brainers should be used often and how these no brainers are inside all of us from our past (but they maybe different). I briefly speak about how using your past to navigate the future and present. I focus a lot more on strategies and reminders on how important it is to take a step back, hear the words someone is saying and then observe the actions, body language and history the person has portrayed themselves up to this point and how all of these should be reflected in the communication message that is being played out. Trust? Can you just hand it over to someone without having a full perspective of the whole them.
In this episode I talk about the personal pressure I put on myself when I had a child at the age of 19 and how I set goals that perhaps was and were the wrong things to do. I talk about how the weight I carried through out the last 20 years and how when that weight was lifted there seemed to be an emptiness. Do I have a purpose. Why do I think my life has been fulfilled and if so, how do I move forward trying to find a reason to ..... This episode is a good look into my life and where my head is at now and going forward.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? it's a whole mess, Life is a book and what chapter are you in, What am I doing, What is life all about,

Here I have a chance to talk with a younger student who came to Austria from Canada to attend university. Chris came here with the intention of studying and broadening his horizons in another continent and then out of know where, unintentionally, he falls in love. listen to how Chris and I breakdown his 10 months in Austria and how his world has changed. This episode is a follow up interview with Katie from my India yoga teacher training. We talk about role models and inspiration, naked yoga, men hitting on yoga teachers on line, inspiration, empathy, etc...
I start off this episode with an original song performed by my daughter about an alien and human love. I use this as an intro into how I am looking into past memories and discovering the emotions that are within those times, trying to be empathetic to my younger self. I reflect back to when I was 10 years old and a situation that I feel has shaped who I am. this episode touches on a lot of topics ranging from - empathy, awareness, childhood, reflection, collateral effects, perspective, my face, projection, and more
This was a quick thought on the fly... I looked at my face again and it makes no sense to me, why is this? and what are the results in my life because of it? Can we (or should we) fake ourselves to get what we want... is it expected in the world... self reflection and why your screen saver and home screen are so important in how and who you are
There are three parts within this episode.
PART one is Communication deconstruction, over view with examples .
PART 2 (my fav, 24 min mark) Are we rats in a rat race, Free Will, Social Media Manipulation and Repetition, Control etc... Inexperience and how valuable it is.
PART 3 (40 min mark) Guided Meditation, Flo-state,
What you believe becomes who you are
In this episode I clear up my thoughts from the last episode regarding life coaches and the 25$ certification to become one. I talk about my sister, friendships and support, more about who I am and what is to come. I am a little scattered at times but this is a work in progress
In this episode I am again a little scattered.... I talk more about myself, who I am, why I am doing this and a little bit more. I talk about life coaches and how I feel about certain people trying to capitalize and delegitimize this industry and why it is bothering me. I talk about my journey in trying to secure a long term visa here in Austria and more....
sorry for the scatter thoughts being all over the place but I'm trying to pull my brain together and not be so all over the place

I also share the beginnings of an ongoing intimate conversation with a new friend I have been having, and over the next few weeks and months I will be sharing the learnings we are both are having in regards to what the other sex thinks, does and expects from each other.
Today I talk about the longer term collateral damage the Cover-19 will/could induce across the globe. I also talk about the rich vs poor divide and how this situation is going to create an even bigger divide.
There are lots of thoughts and ideas in this episode and I'm a little scattered, but not really but kind of.
Today I talk about FEAR and how fear essentially dictates the way we live day to day. I talk about "the fear" being induced by corona and how this new added fear can enhance and magnify previous fears and concerns making them even worse. Thankfully, all is not lost as I believe "awareness" is a tool we can use to combat fear in our lives and I briefly discuss this.
Today I discus and consider... Corona and the bail out financial stimulus packages countries have started to use to refuel the economy, Developing vs developed countries and the realities with in each, Socialism and if there needs to be equality or not, and more

I lay out the way these three combined can have people become stronger and believing in themselves more often. I also try and articulate how these can create more confidence in the people around you and thus resulting in a win win, win win win for everyone (35:00 to 52:00). I also talk about how suppression and how it effects our confidence and essentially forms our intuition and subconscious and by extension keeps people down, alone and in the dark. (52:00 to 55:00). I also talk about the following topics briefly and how all of them contribute to our Realities, Ourselves and Relationships, Imagination, Silver linings, Positive out looks
