In this episode we will explore this idea of Decision Fatigue which is becoming more prevalent in the world we are living in today.
In our modern lives, we are often bombarded with numerous decisions, from small choices like what to wear or eat for breakfast to more significant choices like career decisions or financial investments.
Our brains simply weren't designed to handle this level of decision-making. As a result, we can find ourselves feeling mentally drained and overwhelmed.
