The Our Spiritual Life podcast (formerly called "Spirituality & Consciousness") is intended to help people apply spiritual principles, lessons, and techniques in their own lives so they can feel more spiritually connected to life and be happy and fulfilled. To do that with a breadth and diversity of ideas, we provide meaningful interviews / conversations with interesting guests focusing at a high level on how to apply the ideas. A central principle is that love is the power that changes everything for good if we allow it. The podcast is for those who want to experience greater spiritual growth, love, and connection with the Infinite Oneness. We want to do our part in helping mankind to awaken, evolve in consciousness, and make a positive difference in the world. Raymond Posch, the host, is a voice for love (and informal spiritual teacher) who is also a folk music singer as well as spiritual podcaster. To learn more, see his website RaymondPosch.com. The podcast episodes also air on his talk radio show on NewsForTheSoul.com. He is author of the book Awakening to Wholeness, available on Amazon. This episode features a conversation with Tiffany Chan that is engaging and, I believe, signals acceleration in the evolution of consciousness. She is a spiritual advisor to organizational leaders, and prior to doing this work she was with the World Economic Forum serving as an advisor to businesses internationally. As you might guess, she has an amazing story to tell about what led her to make the big switch from a successful business career to what she is doing now. And Tiffany says that businesses are indeed becoming more conscious because more organizational leaders are choosing to become more conscious. She sees it firsthand because she is being sought out to help them through the process. She believes that people everywhere, including leaders, are feeling a need to be more in touch with their inner selves and in engaging more consciously in relationships with the world. The big worldwide acceptance of mindfulness practices has been a big factor in this. She says: "The future of leadership is energy", and she is referring to the fact that everything is energy and that learning to effectively manage the energy within ourselves and in interaction with others is critical. Don't miss this episode... it is interesting and offers useful tips to all listeners. You can learn more about Tiffany at www.TiffanyMChan.com, and she is also part of an "energetics" partnership - see www.EnergeticEssentials.co.

My guest in this episode is Brian Berneman who, along with partner Kayla Greenville, founded Conscious Action in 2017 in New Zealand. He is an expert on wellbeing and conscious living, and he and Kayla offer diverse courses, events, and coaching. We had a wide-ranging discussion about well-being, expanding our awareness, and living more consciously for ourselves, humanity as a whole, and the planet. Brian defined conscious living as awareness plus action and noted that our action needs to be based on informed response rather than reaction (from emotion or habit). So learning to be present is key. He said that we need to understand that everything is interconnected, so we need a holistic view - both as individuals consisting of body, mind & spirit and for the benefit of the world (all beings and ecological systems). Brian also talked about our need to "unlearn" all the programming or conditioning that keeps us from being fully conscious. To do that he recommended two simple steps: 1) create space through stillness (of body and mind), and 2) question your thoughts and experience - such as by asking "Where did that thought/feeling come from? Is it valid? Or is judgment limiting our perspective?" As we were wrapping up, he reminded people to remember that "We are unique and powerful and fully capable of change." Their podcast is Conscious Action Podcast, and their website is at ConsciousAction.co.nz.

This was a fun episode with Michael McGinnis, author of the The Essential Revolution and The Invitation, two novels that are about the great spiritual awakening that is underway and greatly needed in the world today. Michael is sometimes called the Jungle Writer because he has been a long-time resident of Costa Rica, and he told us about his own personal struggles in life that eventually led him to self-realization and to his being called to write/channel the spiritual novels. Dimitri is the main character in both books, and Michael shared with me Dimitri's 7 truths, of which I'll share here the first two: "Somehow, someway, each one of us has chosen our own unique, unchosen, chosen experience, therefore all things that happen to us actually happen for us." and "All human beings want the same thing: to live in joy and experience love, peace, and happiness." For those of us seeking a full awakening, both of these truths are important because every person is on their own unique path and learning is key. Michael also said a couple of profound things that I will quote here (even though you don't have the context from the conversation): "Perception is everything" and "We are the creators of our lives". Like a good meal, this episode has a lot of good conversational food to digest, and of course we discussed much more that I don't have room to mention. You can learn more about him and his books at MichaelMcGinnis.com.

A couple of weeks ago, I had a conversation with a lovely lady with a lovely English accent. Her name is Catherine Llewellyn and she is very conversant in the subject of consciousness. What she does is help people upgrade their lives by exploring and expanding their consciousness. Now, we need to understand that "consciousness" is referring to the pure awareness that is our essence rather than our thoughts. But elevation of consciousness is at the core of what she talks about and what she does. She helps people tune in to aspects of themselves that they might want to change by becoming more self aware. People so seldom stop and take time to reflect and become more aware of what's going on inside themselves. She uses mentoring in a very holistic approach that includes techniques such as: assessment, meditation, reflection on what is happening in your life, following your intuition, visioning, inquiry, energy techniques, conscious movement, synergy, and integration. One of most amazing things she talked about is a technique called Pellowah that helps people achieve "radical shifts in consciousness" by putting them directly in touch with their Source. She offers Pellowah workshops that help people shift their consciousness in amazing ways and with wonderful results. You can learn more about Catherine at her website, BeingSpace.world, and she has a podcast called "Truth and Transcendence".

In this episode, my guest Sheila Marie talks with me about the power of the unseen from the perspective of a forensic medium. Our conversation was interesting and lively as we talked about some of her experiences as a forensic medium, working with the police and FBI to solve cases, such as finding Babe Ruth's long-lost piano. And we talked about intuition and psychic abilities generally. She also works with individuals to help them develop their intuition and become more connected to spirit, and her new book, Forensic Medium: The Power of the Unseen, focuses on just that. She explained that psychics use their inner senses to connect the divine in potentially many different ways. But a medium uses psychic abilities to communicate with spirits or the Universe in a 2-way, back-and-forth process. She sees herself as the conduit for that communication. Sheila talked about how she uses her "inner light system" to sense unseen energies that give her information and insights, and in her book she teaches exercises the help people connect to their own inner light systems. She said that trust is important, saying "Trust the Universe 300% that it is there for you." And about spiritual connection, she said "Everything is divinely inspired." You can learn more about her at SheilaMarieMedium.com, and you can find her book there as well.

Maribeth Decker is an intuitive animal communicator, medical intuitive, and energy healer, and is the founder of SacredGrove.com, where "people and pets heal and connect". Is this episode, she and I had an interesting conversation how she works with pet owners (guardians) who love their animals but face tough issues. She uses her intuitive animal communication and energetic healing skills to address pets' physical, emotional, and behavior issues. Basically, she helps pets enjoy their lives more and helps people enjoy their pets more by developing stronger connections to them and effective communication with them. If you don't have a pet, you may not know that they have souls, but they most certainly do! She even walked me through a heart connection exercise that can include the animals (and people) in your life. Very interesting stuff for all you pet lovers out there! My wife and I have had pets throughout our marriage and know how to interact with our pets pretty effectively, but I learned some great new tips from Maribeth. She also helps pet owners deal with end-of-life issues, finding peace and comfort, knowing they have made the right decision for everyone including their animals. And she's written a book on that subject called Peace in Passing: Comfort for Loving Humans During Animal Transitions. You can learn more about Maribeth and what she does at SacredGrove.com.

In this interesting and uplifting conversation, I talk with angel communicator, spiritual teacher, and energy healer Seph Dietlin about angels, ascension, unity, love, and more. Upon being introduced, he said that everything he does is about "expanding love and light in the world". He had an awakening of sorts more than 20 years ago when he reached a crisis point in his life, asked "the angels" for help, and was amazed when he heard and felt the angels respond to his request. From that point on, angels began to teach him and guide him about what is happening and why as the world has entered a time of accelerating change and evolution. Seph soon realized that he was meant to be a channel for the angels' messages and to teach people how to access higher levels of consciousness since that is the key to the transition that is happening for the human species and the world as a whole. He talked about the "Matrix" which is the world of illusion based on belief in separation, fear, logic, and linear thinking. And he then explained that we can fairly quickly awaken to higher levels of awareness, which our souls are guiding us toward, enabling us to fully see through the illusion of separation an to know that we are one with the Source. When we make that shift, we gain access to the non-linear, exponential, miraculous nature of the Divine. As a certified hypnotherapist, Seph uses hypnotherapy as one of the tools to facilitate people in accessing the higher consciousness and and associated healing. He reminded the listeners to "Expand the light and love in you" and to know that love is the most powerful way of being we have. You can learn more about him at his website: TalkToMyAngels.com.

Dr. Don St John earned his doctorate in clinical psychology and psychiatry, but very early on in his career he realized that the "box" of traditional tools and concepts was not enough for his own personal healing. In this episode, he tells us how he overcame the wounds and traumas from his own childhood to find ways of living a good and happy life beyond all of the "pathologies" from his early life. He pointed out that "We were all wounded in our childhood. There are no perfect parents." That process of wounding and healing is what he talks about in his book Healing the Wounds of Childhood and Culture: An Adventure of a Lifetime. All of his decades of exploration into healing led him to construct a view of healing and human potential consisting of four essential components - Somatic, Psycho-Emotional, Relational, and Spiritual - and we talked about those in some depth in this conversation. He said that he had a big realization at one point that "everyone has issues" and that his own pathologies were not the end of his life, and it was then that his life "became an adventure to become whole". He talked about the importance of finding your "true self" in relationships. Those are the kinds of powerful insight that we all want to have for our own lives, and this episode can give you helpful insights. Don also pointed out that "Our wounds motivate us to seek spiritual answers." He encouraged everyone to enjoy life's adventures and to know them as part of a journey towards your own wholeness. In this episode, I talk with my guest Michael Spremulli, astrologer and workplace personality expert, about how astrology can be used and a little bit about why it works. I had not previously been interested in astrology, but several people that I respect convinced me that it really works. So in this conversation, Michael explains that Vibrationally Astrology, which he uses, is more based on energy and data (statistical evidence) than other types of astrology, and that it helps give a reliable forecast about your talents and predilections and is not anything like prophecy or reading a crystal ball. It is based on the fact that everything in the universe is energy and everything is more interrelated and interacting than we realize. Solar, lunar, and planetary energy relationships at the time of one's birth (natal) have been clearly demonstrated statistically to have strong influences on a person's life. Michael focuses on the major astrological aspects that can affect a person's life by looking at those factors relative to one's life path, and especially when looking at one's career and when considering career changes. In contrast to many astrologers who treat daily horoscopes as if they are real predictors - they're not - he only looks at daily forecasts in a very limited and focused way. He advised that, if you consider having a natal astrological reading done, do your homework and check the astrologer out to make sure they're a good fit with you. This episode was a fun and informative discussion with Laura Hartley, an activist, coach, speaker, and educator about how we can create real change in the world. She talks about "Self work for world work", meaning that in order to change the world we must begin with our own inner work. We must learn to look at our own relationships with the world with much greater self-awareness and world awareness - paying attention to what serves us and what doesn't serve us and why. She believes that, rather than throwing up our hands in despair, we must begin by "loving the world, and not fixing it". We need "love as public good", and I agree with that totally. Casting blame on someone else or something else is not constructive, and that's a big problem with modern politics. I believe that raising our own consciousness is the biggest and best thing we can do, and raising our consciousness to the energy of love is a good way to start. To create and share love as public good is why Laura created Public Love Enterprises through which she tries to "seed" love into public places and discussions as well as promoting collective visioning. Her online courses help individuals and organizations gain greater awareness of the need to do both the inner work and outer work in creating positive change in the world. She suggested we think like this: Do your personal/spiritual practice, and then extend it outwards. Ask "What conditions that I create in myself can be extended outward to my community so it can thrive?" You can learn more about Laura Hartley at LauraHartley.com.

Pay attention to this episode! What guest Suzanna Kennedy has to share with us is important and valuable! In 1997, she had an unusual and powerful kundalini awakening such that, as she summarized it, "everything in herself and her life changed." She was told by an inner voice that she was to create a process for helping others awaken more quickly and easily based on what she now intuitively understood. And that is what she has done and, as she explained it in this conversation, the resulting process makes so much sense. She has structured the process into layers, or a natural sequence that she calls Consciousness Upgrade Programs. They begin with an "emotional mental detox" that focuses on 6 core issues - male imbalance, female imbalance, fear/inner child, pain/grief, judgment, and lack/limitation - with the goal of clearing "who you are not", in other words clearing all the mental and emotional programming (including trauma etc.) that a person has accumulated in life. Once, that is complete, a person can go on with transformations that include a love & relationship upgrade, a divine human upgrade, and reality crafting your paradise on earth. She said that the transformations, if done actively with intent, result in permanent changes at the cellular/DNA level. We talked about so much more, but near the end of the conversation, Suzanna said to everyone, "You are LOVE in a body". And I love that because, once you understand that love is divine creative power, you can begin to realize the infinite potential awaiting us. (Since our conversation, I have checked out her offerings, am testing some of them myself, and so far, am very impressed - especially by her guided exercises that hold the promise of rapid and lasting results. So I recommend that you check all of her Consciousness Upgrade Programs out yourself.) You can learn more about her and what she offers at SuzannaKennedy.com.

I'm a folk singer/songwriter as well as a podcast host, and I begin this episode by singing my new song called Love is Our Way (also the title of a previous episode). I hope you enjoy it. But in the rest of the episode I had a great conversation with my guest Karen Cleveland. She is a spiritual coach who helps people with their connections to everything - the Universe/God, themselves, other people, animals, and the world as a whole. She is also a minister at a Center for Spiritual Living near Seattle. She described how developing a daily spiritual practice changed her life. So Karen and I had an interesting conversation about connectedness, oneness, science of mind, awareness, the law of attraction, communication with animals, and much more. One thing that we absolutely agreed on is that Oneness is central to spiritual awakening, living consciously, and being happy and in tune with life. One of her key beliefs (and mine also) is that we are not meant to struggle. And if we are struggling or if we are stuck, we can get unstuck. Changing our thinking is part of that, but equally important is to "pay attention to our soul / heart / feelings" and respond to that inner guidance. Science of mind, which is key to New Thought and to the teachings of Centers for Spiritual Living, focuses on having a more structured way of thinking about what we want to create in our lives and using visualization and affirmative prayer. As we were wrapping up our conversation, Karen told us that, whatever is going on in our lives, "There is always hope", and also "The better we can do (in spiritual practice and living consciously), the more we can help others." Very important guidance in these challenging times. She has a podcast called The Connectedness Podcast, and you can learn more about her on her website RevKarenCleveland.com.

This conversation about transformation, rites of passage, and feminine leadership will be delightfully eye-opening for women - and for empathic men as well - thanks to the insights and knowledge shared by my guest Paula Conroy. Paula is a transformational leader who supports women in transitioning in their life stages in healthier ways in a modern world that is often lacking in that kind of support. She spent many years working her way up in corporate banking in Australia and eventually came to realize just how little the corporate world supports women (and really men as well) in dealing with life in an evolving, holistic, and truly healthy way. Corporate ladders, as many people have observed, tend to be pretty rigid, narrow-minded, and unhealthy... that is my own comment, not hers - but I'm sure she would fully agree. So she set about changing that in her own life, and since October 2020 (in the midst of the global Covid experience) she has been actively supporting women as a leader and coach. She is also a strategy consultant for the Rites of Passage Institute founded by Dr. Arne Rubenstein. We talked about the process of transformation, and especially the Rites of Passage process which she promotes and supports. We talked about "frequency circles" through which she leads groups of women through rites of passage in a safe space and in a nurturing and wise way. And we talked about feminine leadership in a world that so needs greater balance between feminine and masculine principles and greater wholeness in so many other ways. In the future, she will be offering programs (perhaps circles?) for men who want to develop greater "feminine consciousness", and I think that would certainly support healthier and happier marriages. You can learn more about Paula Conroy and what she does by visiting her TheFrequency.global website. And you can learn more about rites of passage at RitesOfPassageInstitute.org.

In this episode, I talk about the fact that humanity is slowly awakening and moving toward a new way of being in the world. And I do this in terms of 12 key spiritual lessons I have learned over the last few years. These are lessons that I would hope all human beings are learning at the same time. Here is a summary list, and in the audio I talk about each of these in the time that I have to cover all 12. I give some of these more time and attention than others.
All of these lessons can be applied, individually and collectively, to achieving a new way of being in the world. In so doing, we have unlimited potential, and truly can realize "heaven on Earth" if we collectively choose that.

My guest today is CK (Kelly) Collins, the author of the book The Swipe Right Effect: The Power to Get Unstuck. In this episode, I talk with Kelly about her book and her powerful story, and she shares a lot of great insights and advice. Basically, she had to deal with a difficult divorce and a lot of life changes that resulted. Her book title refers to using a dating app and to choosing yourself and loving yourself first before you get into dating and love relationships with others. Her book has ten chapters in which she captured the stories of ten different friends who helped her by providing guidance and advice. Each chapter has an empowerment practice that can make a big difference. The book is all about self-improvement and how she and her friends all had to deal (at some point in) with getting unstuck from serious life difficulties. In dealing with big life changes and getting unstuck, Kelly took the unusual path of walking the 500 miles of the Camino de Santiago over 38 days and found it to be an incredible, life changing personal/spiritual experience. Near the close of the conversation, Kelly said "It's all about making choices. Your choice to put yourself first is so powerful... It can change your life forever." Choices are about quitting some old things as well as starting/doing new things. Visit her website CKCollins.co to learn more about her and the book. Daniel Mirfield is an intuitive healer and author living in New Zealand, and in this episode we had a conversation about people finding inner peace and much more. He talked about overcoming difficult times is his own life to get himself back to the true inner peace he had as a boy in rural England where he had a close relationship to nature. He also described how he channeled his book, titled Seedling: The Journey to Inner Peace, as part of his own healing process. This was a very interesting conversation for me because Daniel told us how, as an intuitive child he "saw" or felt the energies behind peoples' words, and over time he learned that "everything happening in life is a transfer of energy". For most of my life I was not naturally intuitive and I did not have that strong sense of energies in myself and the world, but I have since learned how valuable and helpful that is in our approach to life. Daniel pointed out that there is a powerful energetic shift happening on the planet now, and that the next 2 decades will be critical. He said the world needs all people to shift more to the divine feminine principles of love and nurturing relationships to people and the planet. Near the end of the conversation, he gave us tips about organizing our life in terms of "spaces" for work, home, eating, sleeping, etc., to give us some structure to support our nervous systems and mental health. And he taught us the importance of being in the present moment and other guiding principles for life. You can learn more about him at www.ASagesJourney.com.

Pay attention to this episode... It was a breakthrough for me and can be for you too. My guest is Swami Nityananda, an American-born spiritual teacher, who earned her Swami title through many years of studying yogic tradition and demonstrating enlightened wisdom. The message in this episode for all of us is that there is an easier way to awaken and experience a life of joy. And that way begins by accepting that we are already part of a universal consciousness - think of it as divine light - that knows us completely and cares about us deeply. It is a living wholeness that includes all sentient beings, and in fact all of existence. Swami defined awakeness as being in contact with the energy of divine awareness. We can choose to expand our light/spiritual self at any time to allow awareness of that living wholeness. When we do, we shift from the illusion of separation to instead directly experience the divine light, its wholeness, its unlimited goodness, an its joyful beingness. At any time, you can accept the world and its problems as they are AND realize that our spirit is greater than any of the world's problems. You can give yourself permission to see yourself as a being (or child) of light, and you can choose to experience human life in a more enlightened and holistic way. She also talked about the shared unity experience of meditating in community. At the end of our conversation, she told us to "Trust in the light." Swami Nityananda has a new book out called Awake: The Yoga of Pure Awareness. You can learn more about her at AwakeYogaMeditation.org.

This episode is an engaging and insightful conversation with Kate Heartsong, a confidence coach and author of two important books: Deeply We Are One and Humanity's Cry for Change. Her books provide valuable insights and ways that you can make a difference in the world today. She spoke about having to overcome the traumas of a difficult childhood, and how that led her to transformations based in spirituality. In coaching people on confidence, she says that she always seeks to empower people to know their own greatness. And one of the simple tools she uses is to have the client write down 3-5 things they can acknowledge about themselves and the good things they have in their lives, and then continue to notice at least 1-2 other things or new things each day. We talked about oneness as it relates to both of her books and the importance of everyone's interconnections to others. We also discussed how critical it is for people to raise their consciousness because that helps raise the collective consciousness, which is the only way the world can heal it's very big problems. At the end, Kate urged listeners to "Recognize the brilliance or goodness of who you are." You can learn more about her at JoyfulRadiance.com.

This episode is a fascinating conversation with Blair Abee who has studied meditation and spiritual practices for 45 years, and over the last 10 years he has authored 6 books about meditation, mindfulness, and manifesting. He tells us about how he shifts into a mode of "soul contact" in his writing by which he connects with his higher consciousness (soul). He described it as feeling very illuminated and which I would say is very much an awakened flow state. And he practices living from that state most of the time, which he calls HiC (his affectionate nickname for his higher consciousness or soul). Very much in line with all spiritual teachers today, he spoke of the importance of realizing that we are eternal beings, spiritual beings having a human experience, and we can get more fully in touch with that by practicing meditation and awareness in ways that are designed to help us do that. Such as... what he calls Sacred Senses mindfulness practices that shift our senses to a higher, more spiritual way of being aware of what we are experiencing. He commented that the (human) species is at risk if we don't raise our consciousness, which I agree with. In his HiC meditations, which he does in the morning and at night, he becomes aware of being totally one with the All. And he gave us a tool for manifesting the "best possible outcomes" in direct conversation/prayer with our higher consciousness/soul. You will enjoy this episode! This episode is about life purpose and divine energies, and my guest, Bill Heinrich, is an expert on those things, having spent many years of his life studying them in depth. Bill is a life purpose coach and executive business coach, but he teaches people not about business but about becoming happy and fulfilled by knowing their true purpose and how to live in alignment with that purpose. He is also the author of the book The Seven Levels of Truth: A Direct Path to Your Life Purpose. He talks a lot about being very aware of the difference between the two major dimensions of who we are: the physical and the non-physical. In his research, he discovered that we struggle in life because we focus primarily on the physical. But we are actually spiritual beings who have bodies and human experiences. So, our spiritual/non-physical aspects, especially our divine energies, should be given much more attention because they are the primary drivers of how we experience life and the results we achieve. In our conversation, Heinrich said that “Life purpose is not what you do, it’s the energy you do it with.” This was an eye-opener to me because I had never thought about life and life purpose that way. He talked about not analyzing what those energies are, but instead BEING them in the unfolding of your life. Then it becomes possible to live at our peak potential if we allow our energy to flow with a total absence of resistance and attachment. This episode is a must-listen. In this conversation, she talked in depth about her life challenges and how her eventual ability to heal herself deeply has led her to help others (especially women) to heal also. (Note that the subtle energy principles can certainly apply equally to men, so men you will find this enlightening too.) Key quotes: "Intention is everything", "Do what's best for you", "Seek to thrive not just survive". She talked about the critical need to have self love and to release stored subconscious emotions that otherwise keep us from being healthy in a holistic sense. And she pointed out that so many people are operating at a survival level and, therefore, are unable to thrive and really experience the lives they want. A starting point in achieving real health, and ultimately thriving, is to be honest with yourself about where you're at and what issues you have. Then seek help in getting to the real causes within, not just treating symptoms or popping pills. To learn more about what Traci does, see her website at ConsciousEvolution.coach.

This episode is one of the most interesting and exciting shows I've published to date. Why? It is all about bringing higher consciousness to businesses, and that is so needed and important. Gaurav Bhatnagar and Mark Minukas of Co-Creation Partners are doing just that - helping businesses transform to improve their overall performance by addressing the "inner aspects" of business organizations. And this is pioneering work that shows that, with guidance, businesses can shift consciousness. And, of course, this is very significant because most businesses have steered away from that until now. But human consciousness is now evolving at an increasing pace, and it must change in organizations and collectively as well as in individuals. So, I view this as a major indicator that the evolution of consciousness is picking up speed. Gaurav and Mark share how they are doing these amazing transformations, and it involves helping business leaders experience inner awareness and change in themselves through internal workshops. They talk about mindsets rather than consciousness or spirituality, but that opens up possibilities of expanding awareness and inner change. Once these leaders begin to "awaken", then they can tackle group interactions next and eventually help these organizations incorporate greater awareness/insights into their business systems and strategies. Those things lead to happier employees and better service to customers which improves the bottom line. I predict that we will hear much more about "spirituality in business" in the near future. Gaurav and Mark also have a book called Unfear: Transform Your Organization to Create Breakthrough Performance and Employee Well-Being. You can learn more about Co-Creation Partners at CoCreationPartners.com.

If you want to learn about quantum energy and the healing it enables, this episode is for you. My guest, Joshua Bloom, is a quantum energy coach and healer, and what he shares in this episode is quite enlightening. He wrote a book entitled The Ultimate Answer is Inside and produced a movie with the same name. He became a reiki master; he studied Dr. Bruce Lipton's discoveries about cellular intelligence and quantum biology; and he intuitively helped clients to move energy in their bodies to heal physical illnesses and psychology imbalances. Over time, he mastered what he calls Quantum Energy Transformation. In this conversation, he shared a process of achieving a more powerful quantum energy state, or beingness, in the body. He explained that "being quantum" involves moving energy through the cells. And he told us that we can learn to operate at a higher level of awareness and identity with spirit in which we can live more consciously. I especially loved his reminders at the end of the episode that "Anything is possible" and "Step into your greatness", and he also offered you a gift of free manifestation training (which I wholeheartedly recommend to you) at https://quantumenergycenter.mykajabi.com/discovering-the-science-of-quantum-manifestation-optin-raymondp. I think you will enjoy this conversation with Victoria Rader... I certainly did. She is a woman who has a deep intuitive understanding of spirituality and how the Universe works. She wrote a book - Empower mE: The 35 Universal Laws to Make Money Work for You - which got the attention of the legendary Jack Canfield. (You'll also love her explanation of why she spells the word "me" that way.) And she calls herself a possibility coach because, through her Empower mE Academy, she helps clients create peace, purpose, and prosperity in their lives. When I asked her how we can change the world in a positive way, she said "We will only change the world when we experience true inner change first." In other words, it begins with each of us going within to know ourselves and change our state of being. Change starts with each of us as Gandhi said. When I asked her about manifesting, she pointed out that most people are unclear about or even detached from what they really want. And she spelled out a 4-step process for getting clear and visualizing the results we would love most. You can learn more about her at Yu2Shine.com, and be sure to take her money empowerment quiz. This episode is all about why LOVE IS OUR WAY to a better life and a better world. I was thinking that I needed to take a break from guest interviews and revisit this all-important theme. And I'm choosing to do that by re-issuing the audio for S3E4. There are many spiritual topics that I've talked about in Our Spiritual Life episodes in the past 3 years. But these five are fundamental: 1) Love is Our Way, 2) We Are All One, 3) We are Individuations of the Divine, 4) We are All Equal (in the eyes of the Divine), and 5) The Divine is Pure Love and the Source of All Life. (Those were usually not the episode titles, by the way.) But if we can fully understand and commit to these fundamental truths, then we can begin to live consciously at a deep, world-changing level. In this episode, I talk in detail about topics 1, 2, and 3. In another episode (tentatively targeted for February 20, 2023), I will drill into topics 4 and 5 and talk about how living true to these five fundamentals can change humanity's future in wonderful ways.

Dr. Pamela Gerali is best known for her Blueprint for the Human Spirit, which she downloaded from the Divine some years ago. Basically, the blueprint is a model for relating to life in many different dimensions and a guide for self-discovery and living consciously. She has a doctorate in Holistic Health Sciences, but she is driven by powerful spiritual experiences in her life which led her to a deep spiritual understanding of herself and, more generally, about our place in a world that is truly spiritual in spite of our beliefs based in separation and selfishness. Her recent book, The Dance of Ego and Essence: Confessions of a Divine Diva, is a remarkable story of examining her own self-truths - that is, becoming radically honest with herself about herself - and awakening more fully to the truth that we are all divine beings. She learned that we are being called to express our divinity through our humanity. And that means we must learn to live much more consciously than we do today. In reference to the state of the world, she reminded us that "There will never be world peace until we have peace within." And she said that "Becoming more conscious is the greatest gift we can give to the world", an idea she attributed to David Hawkins. Her best advice: "Come to know who you really are", and "Show up as love in every moment." You can learn more about her at DrPamelaGerali.com.

I think you may find this episode to have an interesting conversation with David H. Green because he's a talented and interesting guy. He's an author, musician, filmmaker, spiritual teacher, inventor, and also a rabbi - and this is the first time I've had a guest talk about some of the traditional Jewish beliefs. But we talked about spirituality generally and especially about the real you - i.e., your soul. The discussion came around to oneness, and David (as a musician) used the interesting analogy of playing in a symphony, which I liked. But we also covered topics such as resistance, surrender, humility, acceptance, purpose, learning life lessons, and love. Near the end, David told listeners to "Get the courage to be spiritual" in response to a world that often denies spirit, kindness, and goodness, And he advised us to "Turn down the distractions and find time to talk with God within you." Yes, the inner work, or even just finding the time to go within and quietly listen to our soul, is one of the most beneficial things we can do. You can learn more about him at RealYouProject.com, or look for David H. Green on social media.

This episode was a completely new experience for me in that this was the first show I've ever done focusing on children and parenting. That was because my guest, Timothy Stuetz, holds those topics near and dear to his heart even though he is very knowledgeable and experienced in many other things. He has been a long-time healer and spiritual coach, but he has also authored 88 children's stories and counting. Many of his stories feature a well-known character named Bliss Beary Bear that children love. He talked about the importance of having family rituals and the need for parents to reconnect to their inner child. I asked him about the keys to "conscious parenting", and he offered these: 1) learn the stages of child development, 2) learn to parent yourself (deal with your inner child wounds), 3) tune into your heart and listen to its wisdom, and 4) be fully present with your children and give them love always. He recommended the book Magical Parent, Magical Child by Joseph Chilton Pearce, and said it's somewhat similar to a course he offers called "Sacred Parent, Magical Child". Related to energy healing, he mentioned that he loves training adults in his Quantum Energy Academy. And he concluded with this wonderful advice: "Keep smiling, loving, and learning, and tune into the magic in life." I loved this episode with Kute Blackson because he brought so much wisdom to the show! Kute, who was born in Ghana, is a transformational speaker, national best selling author, and incredible spiritual teacher. We talked about self awareness and getting in touch with our True Self, our essence. This was what his first book, You. Are. The. One., was all about. And he told us that "There is no real transformation without truth.", and he talked about the necessity to uncover the lies we are telling ourselves and to expose and acknowledge those deep, disowned emotions and beliefs that we don't want to face. He said that when we can undo the conditioning from the past that is holding us back, we can access inner freedom, and "Freedom is the nature of who we are." In the rest of the conversation we talked about the message of his newest book, The Magic of Surrender. And he told us that surrender - letting go of the need for control - also leads to freedom. "Surrender to that which is greater than you." "Surrender to your soul, and that requires letting go of the ego." And he explained how surrendering to Life leads to magic... how Life will begin to use you in powerful and delightful ways. And he suggested that we ask this question "What is it that Life is seeking to express through me?", and then be open to receiving the answer. Now I mistakenly ended the conversation with Kute short because I got confused about the recording time. So there is a bonus because for the last part of the show, I read for you the Introduction from The Magic of Surrender. That lets you hear Kute's words on just how powerful surrender can be. Kute's primary website is KuteBlackson.com, and you can also learn about a special program he does at BoundlessBlissBali.com.

My guest for this episode was Kevin McCrudden who is very well known as "Mr. Motivation", a speaker on motivation (especially for commencement addresses but also for corporations), and an author of multiple books. He's now also becoming known as a filmmaker for the documentary "The Light of Man", and he also has an audio book with that same title. We had a wide-ranging conversation about his work in motivation, his book Who Are You? on self-actualization in which he presents an update on Maslow's hierarchy of needs using a multi-dimensional approach, his award-winning short film, and the spiritual aspects of all of that. This was a fun discussion on many different things, but along the way we touched on key points of the need for: personal transformation, a spiritual basis to life, awareness, wholeness, and the awakening of mankind to new levels of consciousness and how we relate to each other in the world. Based on his spiritual insights that led to the making of "The Light of Man", he also said that now, instead of closing an email with "God bless", he now uses "God bless and namaste". And, for himself personally, he translates "Namaste" to mean "The divine light of God in me acknowledges the divine light of God in you". A very nice touch, don't you think? TeZa Lord describes herself as an author, artist, and spirit activist. She says that "a Spirit Activist is a person who dedicates their life’s energies to uplifting the collective consciousness of all humankind, one person at a time." I love that definition (and I now realize I'm a spirit activist too) and that definitely describes TeZa, the energy she brings to everything she does, and her focus on spreading Love. This episode is all about having that kind energy and focus on uplifting our collective consciousness, not just for ourself, but for the good of the world. She said that life is about choices, and: "Everything in our life is a choice that takes us toward or away from love.", and "Surrender to something bigger than yourself." And she emphasized that having awareness is not enough... It requires awareness, acceptance, and action. So many issues in life come from our non-acceptance of what is, and acceptance is key before taking action. Acknowledging the issues (what is) is necessary to resolve those issues. She also taught a technique that she learned from the book Into the Magic Shop by James Doty, and in simplified form it is: 1) body calm (relaxed), 2) mind calm (based on acceptance and focusing), 3) open heart (feeling unconditional love), and 4) clear intention. (I now have the book Into the Magic Shop, and I highly recommend it.) We talked about much more, but I really love what she recommended to everyone: "Find joy. Make it a priority in your life!" In this episode, Patricia Albere and I talk about her experiences with mutual awakening and the unitive consciousness work she is doing now with groups. She is the founder of the Evolutionary Collective, an internationally known contemporary spiritual teacher and bestselling author of Evolutionary Relationships: Unleashing the Transformative Power of Mutual Awakening. She has been a spiritual transformation teacher since 1971 when she began as an EST trainer with EST founder Werner Erhard. But along the way, she had a very amazing experience in mutual awakening with a man she had fallen in love with. We talked about that and how powerful that was because it was a case of inter-subjective awakening and experiencing reality with another person in a much deeper way. Over the last 14 years, Albere has been pioneering a whole new realm of group unity work that leads to a shared unity in which the group experiences intra-subjective (shared) reality together. She says that in that state of shared unity, one feels that the individuals in the group take on a shared group identity (while still retaining their individual identity). And she added that she clearly feels that "Evolution is leading the group to new, higher levels of consciousness." She describes this as going beyond our individual "Me project" to the "We project" which involves truly experiencing We Consciousness as shared unity, shared reality. In talking with her, I feel that this is where human evolution is ultimately going, and I believe her work is very important for the future of humanity. S3E18 is an episode you should listen to if you are looking to better understand yourself because it is about discovering your multiple natures. My guest, Steven Rudolph, is the CEO of a company called Multiple Natures, and their business is helping people learn what their natures and intelligences are what they are meant to do in the world. I took their assessment myself - they call it the MNTEST - and I received their report prior to this recorded conversation. In their framework, there are 9 natures and 10 intelligences, so that covers quite a spectrum of aptitudes and abilities, and the report gives you your rating (1-10) for each along with an explanation of what that rating means. But I learned that you need a qualified MN Practitioner to really begin to appreciate what the combination indicates for application in the real world, including spiritual aspects. Rudolph provided me a lot of interesting and useful insights into my natures and intelligences that I never would have fully understood on my own. He is a gifted teacher and story teller, and he made the information that he shared quite interesting and memorable. He refers to nurturing your natures as "feeding your tigers". Some key messages/takeaways: You can rediscover your authentic self. You can't escape your true nature, so the more you know about it the better. You must learn to trust your true nature, and then live into it because that's how you are meant to live your life - loving your life - and how you can best serve others. This episode is about healing generally, and healing trauma more specifically, and it focuses on the importance of connecting to innate wisdom to allow healing to happen. My guest, Greg Wieting, is an expert on these topics, having helped thousands of clients to heal over the last 2 decades. He got into this level of advanced healing by intensive research in order to heal multiple issues in himself, including healing a severe curve in his spine that medical doctors said was impossible. As a result of learning to heal himself, and one of his tools is reiki, he developed a holistic methodology called PRISMA, that incorporates a diverse set of somatic and mindfulness practices that allow tailoring to the unique needs of diverse clients with diverse health issues. I was extremely impressed by Greg's holistic understanding of body, mind, and spirit... he knows at a deep level that wholeness is the answer, and it comes from knowing that body, mind, and spirit must be addressed in a natural way dealing with root issues in an appropriate sequence because issues are layered. Healing relationships (to self and to others) is part of his process. But he emphasizes this: "When we tap into our innate wisdom, healing becomes simple." He adds that developing presence and self-awareness are key to rebuilding our connection to innate wisdom. And most impressively to me, he said that "Everything he does in healing is a spiritual practice." Wieting's websites are GregWieting.com and PrismaMethod.com.

This episode, featuring my guest Christian de la Huerta, is all about using soulful power to live more consciously. Christian has more than 30 years experience facilitating others to achieve personal transformation. His new book is titled Awakening the Soul of Power: How to Live Heroically and Set Yourself Free, and we talk a lot about the content of the book and why it is an important tool in supporting the evolution of consciousness at this time. Soulful power is in complete contrast to ego power as he explains. And he points out that we're witnessing systems all around us that are no longer sustainable and how that is causing some people to want to go backward in time and support authoritarianism. But, of course, that is a disastrous movement and is based in increased unconsciousness, not in expanded consciousness which is what is truly needed. What truly comes through in this conversation is the depth of wisdom which Christian has acquired in his long career as a transformational coach. Furthermore, I found his call for people to step up as new role models of heroism to be totally inspiring, especially since his book provides solid principles and guidelines for just how to to do that. I always feel like I have so much more to learn about how spiritual energy practices can help me (and anyone) with healing and manifestation. Do you feel the same way? Well this episode explores that subject with energy medicine expert and holistic life coach Dr. Alison J. Kay, and it is a very interesting conversation. She is the creator of the Vibrational UPgrade energy medicine system and author of the #1 international best seller Vibrational Upgrade - A Conspiracy for Your Bliss: Easing Humanity's Evolutionary Transition. Here are several of her quotes from our conversation... "The world is a reflection of what is inside us." "We have to purge from ourselves, and ultimately the world, everything that is misaligned." and "We need to shift from density to lightness - and that applies to body, mind, and spirit." She discussed the need to deal with unconscious beliefs and biases, and she believes - based on extensive experience - that chakra-focused techniques are some of the most powerful. But I know that she also uses hypno-suggestive audio recordings with her clients as well. She explained that each chakra is an energy center that is also an intersection of mind, body, and spirit. In terms of humanity's evolution, she says that Spirit is actively supporting people in breaking down the ego, which is needed for awakening and continuing evolution. Her website is at AlisonJKay.com, and she also pointed listeners to some free audios that can help individuals open and heal their chakras at AlisonJKay.com/chakra-healing-audio-series (bottom half of the page). Also, in the last five minutes of the episode, I have included a special bonus in which I read from an article by spiritual teacher Craig Hamilton about how the evolutionary impulse is working through people to bring about the evolution of consciousness.

If you want to learn some new and surprising things about what is possible with spiritual growth and awakening, then this episode is a must-listen. Derek Loudermilk is someone we can all learn a lot from. When he approached me about being a guest on Our Spiritual Life, I was uncertain about whether he was a good fit. What caught my attention, though, was his mission to "support spiritual thought leaders in the consciousness transformation taking place on Earth today". And what I learned in this conversation is that Loudermilk is someone who is living life at a remarkably engaged and inspiring level, and he helps other people to do the same. It seems that he has tapped into the true (metaphysical and physical) nature of human beings and the Universe and how we can live much more powerful, creative, and fulfilling lives. We have to begin by realizing that we humans are truly an integral part of a living, intelligent, abundant, creative Universe and our purpose is to fully experience Life as Divinity unfolding. He pointed out multiple times that we have unlimited possibilities available to us and we have the constant support of the living universe, so we need to really open up to that. We are part of the One, and we need to live from that perspective. His story of his real-life experience with the "magic tree" is really eye-opening, and it hammers home how interconnected we are to the one consciousness of Life and our inter-being-ness. We are also far more powerful and creative than we know. So listen closely to this whole episode and, on the second listening, take notes. You can learn more about Loudermilk and what he does on his website at DerekLoudermilk.com.

This episode has a lot of valuable information for women, but it contains lessons for men as well. Sarah Poet is an expert on the masculine and feminine archetypes, and one of her key messages is that we all need to re-balance the masculine and feminine within us. To do that first requires some understanding of what the masculine and feminine energies within us are, and Sarah goes into explaining some of the basics on this subject. I have learned from my spiritual teachers that balancing the masculine and feminine becomes especially important for the awakening and evolution of the human species. So, for you evolutionaries out there, as well as for those of you simply wanting to awaken and live more consciously, this episode is a must-listen. During our conversation, Sarah touched on many things, including how trauma is so common among women and it requires inner work to resolve. Additionally, she explained how men can best support relationships with women by holding presence with them rather than trying to fix them. She also defines wholeness as "soul fully connected to Soul", which is a definition I love. This is an episode that you might want to listen to multiple times. In this episode, I had an enjoyable and enlightening discussion with Zach Beach. Zach has the Learn to Love podcast, is author of The Seven Lessons of Love, and is a love coach. Zach said many valuable things, including these two important quotes: "Love is the reason we are here on this planet.", and "We are here to learn to be (better) human beings." In between those 2 quotes, we talked about many things, including unconditional love and what it is, the power of intention, his book The Seven Lessons of Love, yoga, spiritual learning, the loving kindness meditation, "new relationship" energy, his new poetry book (Pebbles), and more. He read a short but delightful poem (from his new book) that teaches us in a succinct, zen-like way. Especially applicable to everyone is a simple technique that Zach taught us to help us direct our intentions in a powerful, heart-centered way. Zach's website is ZachBeach.com. We talked about love and relationships, self-awareness, love coaching, and the importance of holding love as a state of being. I think our conversation can best be summed up in 3 powerful quotes from what she had to say... This was a fun episode and great conversation with Ora Nadrich. She is an expert on mindfulness, a mindfulness coach, founder and president of The Institute for Transformational Thinking, an international speaker, and author of 3 books (available on Amazon). She defines mindfulness as present moment awareness, which to me is a very clear way of stating it. We had a wide-ranging conversation about mindfulness, mysticism, the distinction between being a thought/mindfulness coach versus a life coach, how to bring greater awareness into your life, replacing negative thoughts with positive thoughts, and especially about the power of opening up to a greater experience of life and a more magical way of being through present moment awareness. Allowing more mysticism into your life is opening the door to the spiritual and to higher consciousness. You can learn more about her and contact her at OraNadrich.com. After our conversation, I concluded with 4 minutes of my thoughts on our shared process of learning that has been going on over many episodes of Our Spiritual Life. We need to keep progressing toward the awakening and evolution of mankind as a whole, so I will continue to add insights and teachings about how we can do that.

You will love this episode - my conversation with Phillip Mountrose (holistic/spiritual coach and energy healer) included an experiential exercise in how to shift to "living life from the mountaintop" which puts one in touch with their soul. Phillip and his wife Jane are the authors of multiple books, including their latest - The Loving Power of Your Soul: A Guidebook for Realizing Your True Potential. We talked about the soul and especially how to connect to it. Awakening can be defined as "being fully connected to and led by your soul or your true self". Phillip spoke about soul presence, one's soul plan, soulfulness, and what he calls soulful kinesiology. And I agreed 100% when he said connection to soul leads to unity and wholeness. In other words working on soul connection is a very powerful way of awakening, oneness, and achieving wholeness in its fullest sense - spiritual, physical, mental, etc. This was a delightful conversation. She also hosts a related TV show. And, after going through that process, she was divinely inspired to write a book - Journey to Your Calling - which is a roadmap to guide others in how to realize their own true calling. One of the keys is heeding God's call and allowing God/Infinite Intelligence to lead us. Our conversation explores all of that, and I found it to be interesting and educational. You will too. Today's episode is a must-listen for spiritual seekers and explorers. It is my conversation with Roxanne Chaput who is a soulpreneur, shaman, healer, and spiritual guide. Soulpreneur is a play on "solopreneur", but she defines it as anyone who is serving their soul's mission to serve others - and I absolutely love that word. In this conversation, we cover a lot of spiritual ground but a big take-away is that it is crucial in life to get in touch with your own soul. Your soul is your very essence and true self - and to know your soul you must become more self-aware. Roxanne explains that shamans are called, at the level of their soul, to be healers. She helps us understand that energetic healing work is all about getting in touch with your spiritual, cellular, and emotional nature and true self. We must wake up and start making more conscious choices in our lives and pay more attention to what life is teaching us. But one of the big problems is that most people tend to make awakening complex and difficult when in fact it is simple once we truly realize (know) that we are spiritual beings. As spiritual beings we can take our power back and begin to live more powerfully and creatively. Helping people become aware of their soul and live from that knowing is what Roxanne does as a spiritual life coach. Her website is RoxanneChaput.com.

Barry has a best selling book on Amazon entitled "The 11 Master Secrets to Business Success & Personal Fulfillment", and this conversation reflects that he knows a lot about that big subject. He began by sharing with us what he calls his "graveyard story" in which he received the message "Live your life", and he explains how receiving that led to writing his book and doing what he is doing today. Our discussion was pretty wide-ranging covering topics such as: the law of attraction, conscious mind vs. subconscious mind, being of service, trust, self-love, the central role of love, how to let the Universe guide you, wholeness, oneness, and much more. In this episode, I continue my discussions about my lessons learned about spirituality, especially over the last 18 months - lessons that I think are applicable to everyone. In other words, I am continuing to expand on the content in episodes S3E2 and S3E3, and I am not only getting into more specifics but am focusing on how you apply the lessons learned, and especially on how to overcome ego and how to awaken. How to overcome ego and how to awaken are the key tasks of spiritual seekers and, in actuality, should be what every human being should focus on in achieving happier lives and a saner, happier, more equitable world. So, to do that, I 1) explain my "Love Is Our Way" message, 2) go into more depth about what love is and why it is so important, 3) teach the techniques for overcoming ego and how to awaken, and 4) emphasize the need to make a commitment live in alignment with the true nature of the universe and our selves as parts of the integral whole of life unfolding.

This episode continues to expand on lessons learned introduced in the previous episode (S3E2). Basically, I attempt to provide a good summary understanding that I have gained from continued spiritual studies, and it focuses on understanding the universe and our place in it from a spiritual perspective. I want to share my understanding with listeners. So this episode is presented as a series of ideas or concepts that start with fundamentals and then keep building toward a more complete picture. This begins with the most fundamental spiritual idea that I learned more than 20 years ago - that there is one universal consciousness or Infinite Intelligence and that all matter, energy, and life arises from. Consciousness is primary. And I go on to briefly explain how love is the force that holds the universe together and is the creative force that is the source of life itself. Life is a great continuous unfolding of God consciousness into the diversity of all matter and all physical and spiritual beings. I also state in very basic terms how belief in separation is the cause of all human difficulties and pain, how that translates into the collective world that is steadily going from bad to worse, and that we must shift our thinking (and related behavior) from separation to unity/oneness and from fear-based thinking to love-based thinking. (Subsequent episodes will continue to build a more complete understanding, including how we can awaken and make the kinds of individual and collective changes that will make a difference to people and to the world as a whole.)

This episode consists of me talking about the lessons I have learned about love, life, and awakening over the last 18 months - especially out of some key work for the podcast, but also from spiritual growth work not yet covered by the podcast. So I also cover a series of personal "spiritual studies" that I undertook, and I have not yet talked about these in any podcast episodes until this one. I talk about eight "big spiritual growth experiences" that have greatly affected me, and these have resulted in my greater awakening and personal transformation. When taken together and synthesized, I think they also serve as a basis for a shared vision for humanity's evolution and awakening which, given time, could lead to creation of a new world. (I will be sharing much more in future episodes.) In this episode, I refer to it as "Heaven on Earth" but that certainly is somewhere out in the future. It hinges on enough people developing their consciousness to be love-based instead of fear-based and to live accordingly. But that can begin quite simply by enough people deciding that they want that change for themselves, and then sharing their experiences with others. Personally, I have found that my own decision in favor of love to be quite transformational for me, and I love the results I am experiencing in my life. I hope you join me! So, my mission is to be a Voice for Love with you and everyone I encounter. You can contact me at ray@raymondposch.com.

In this episode, my guest is Margaret Agard, the author of the "In His Footsteps" books. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. She is the first guest I've had on the podcast who is a Christian writer, and I was a bit uncertain how it would go since so many Christians are very rigid in their beliefs. But Margaret is a self-described "Christian mystic", meaning that she is willing to explore spirituality and seeks to experience God directly rather than just know about God and the Bible. (That is the key difference between being spiritual versus religious.) In fact, she has had many direct experiences of God that started when she "began giving her daily to-do list to God". She did that initially because she was overwhelmed with her life, and she says that it changed her whole life for the better. And she wants to share her story and her message with others who will listen. She gave many examples of God guiding her in service to others, and that is what could change the world for the better if people would pay attention to our universal oneness. You can learn more about her and her books at InHisFootsteps.com.

This episode of Our Spiritual Life is a bit different than previous episodes in that it focuses on my guest's out of body and near death experiences. Susan Jane experienced both of those, and she is still alive on earth - so, although it is unusual (as far as I know) for one person to experience both an OBE and a NDE, it happened to her. She is an intuitive coach, international speaker, podcaster, and author. Susan is a native of Australia and lives in Brisbane. In this recording, she describes both the OBE and NDE in detail. At the end, I provide a brief recap of those experiences. As an intuitive coach, she offers a number of different programs for developing intuition, discovering your purpose, and other aspects of personal growth. Her website is at IntuitiveNature.com.au, and her podcast is called The Art of Intuition.

This episode features my conversation with D. Neil Elliott who discusses his book A Higher Road: Cleanse Your Consciousness to Transcend the Ego and Ascend Spiritually. The book is based on his own life, including experience of a very dark and difficult time in which he contemplated suicide, but fortunately he found resources that led him through a process of spiritual awakening. He has totally turned his life around and now is sharing his story and his life-changing process with those who are ready to turn their lives around. He talked about the importance of bridging science and spirituality, and he shares a very powerful message that he summarizes with this statement: "We're here to express God not please God". These happen to match my beliefs as well, so I'm happy to share his message. Elliott offers a seven stop process for doing what the book's subtitle promises, which includes the very important step of cleansing one's consciousness. A very interesting, intriguing, and enlightening discussion. Since the interview, I've read his book and I can definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to ascend to higher consciousness - but being open-minded and receptive is key. His website is dneilelliott.com.

This episode was my enjoyable conversation with Melissa Mayer who is a holistic physical therapist and author of the book "Recovering My True Self". She brought a lot of good perspectives and insights from her work in physical therapy but also as a person who enjoys being spiritually alive and awakened. She talked about her "divine wake-up" and many things that led her to that awakening, which she considered to be a recovery of her true self, as the title of her book indicates. In our conversation, we also discussed the book A Course in Miracles, Buddhism, Waldorf schools, attachment parenting and simplicity parenting, and much more.

Kelle Sparta is a transformational shaman, so this episode offers the perspective of a shaman for the first time on Our Spiritual Life. It's a much different approach to spirituality for me, but I think it is very valid since shamans have been a part of how tribal and indigenous peoples have interacted with the world for much of human history. Now, I don't think Sparta does the tribal dances that we might think of, but she does pay great attention to how clients interact with the energetic world and how they respond to their emotions and feelings. In our conversation, she talked about how she became a shaman - a fascinating story in itself - and important guidance on dealing with spiritual growth, trauma, and the shadow or dark side that we all have. True to most spiritual traditions she teaches that "you are the answer to your problems"... It's all about the inner work and knowing ourselves deeply. Sparta does energy work for individuals and even does it for businesses (i.e, understanding business as an energetic process). So don't miss this one! And you can learn more about her at kellesparta.com, and her podcast is called Spirit Sherpa.

This episode is a conversation with Juan Lee, a kindred spirit who believes in the importance of love in every person's life. He's the author of the book, Love Made Simple, and we talked about love throughout this conversation. He's also founder of an organization called Clear Journey that supports teens and young adults in gaining the skills and attitudes for a successful life through education and coaching. Juan told us about the 3 C's of love and the attitudes of love. He wants people to understand the need to "invest in a bigger thing called humanity", and that requires stepping into universal love. I agree with him completely that "love is action on behalf of others" and "love is what we aspire to in this common experience called Life." So we talked about the many aspects of love, and Juan pointed out that "Love Made Simple" does not mean that love is easy. Love takes attention, effort, and a lot of self-development as well as caring and nurturing relationships. And it requires thought leaders like ourselves to understand that we need a common system of understanding based on love for the survival and good of humanity.

This episode is definitely a bit different from most in this podcast series in that it does not touch directly on "spirituality" per se. But beneath the surface, it does indeed contribute to the theme of how we can wake up (or grow up) to what's going on in the world and do something about the increasing division and polarization. My guest, John Noltner, is an award-winning photographer, storyteller, journalist, and author who was deeply concerned about the divisiveness in the world and looked for a way to do something about it. He ended up undertaking a 40,000-mile road trip across the United States to rediscover the common humanity that connects us. He did so by asking people one simple question: "What does peace mean to you?" The results are documented in his book A Peace of My Mind. So this episode is a conversation with Noltner about what he learned in that project, and I think the things he learned offer valuable lessons for us all - such as his closing advice that we must all learn to 1) listen deeply to others, 2) challenge your own expectations, and 3) keep showing up at the table. John recently released a new book called Portraits of Peace. His website is apomm.net.

Today's episode is a conversation with Dieter Randolph, the author of the books Meaning Full Filled and Past Okay in Seven Days. He is also a minister (without a church), spiritual coach, and podcaster. We had a great discussion about what it means to be spiritual today - beginning with the importance of recognizing that there is a power in the universe greater than us and that we are called to be of service to others. Additionally, we talked about meaning, purpose, identity and authenticity, wholeness, creativity and listening, our tribal nature, and other topics. This was a fun and lively conversation between two like-minded guys, but filled with insight and lessons that are helpful to everyone. Don't miss this one!

In this episode, my interview is with spiritual teacher and podcaster, Sandy Vo. We had a wonderful conversation, covering some wide-ranging ideas and approaches to spirituality and life. Sandy offers her primary programs - covering meditation, Ayurveda and wellness, and other subjects - through her online Prosperous School of Self-Realization. Her podcast is called The Prosperous Podcast. And she offers meditation retreats as well. All of this came about after some very dark and difficult teenage years, but luckily she heard a calling to become a meditation and spiritual teacher. In her self-introduction, she said we need to "live and learn through what life has to offer", and I asked her to expand on that idea. During the interview, we talked about unity consciousness, befriending the ego, what meditation is and is not, having the courage to transition through change, 3 levels of consciousness and how they show up in leadership, personal boundaries, what "we are spiritual beings having human experiences" means, the need to have a union of heart and mind, breaking our dependency on our devices, and much more.

With this episode, I announce that the name of the podcast has officially changed to Our Spiritual Life (formerly Spirituality & Consciousness). The reason for the name change is that, having built a big base of information about spirituality and consciousness in my previous episodes, I will now feature guest interviews or conversations with the goal of lifting our spiritual life together. I and my guests will discuss how we - individually and collectively - can live more fulfilling, creative, and powerful lives through spiritual growth. We will also discuss big topics like awakening, Oneness, and how we can participate in the evolution of consciousness on Earth. This episode features an interview with Ann Hince, a spiritual teacher and author of the book A Pathway to Insight. Ann briefly tells her story - how she experienced trauma (in the death of her mother), which greatly affected her for a big portion of her life until she discovered the Emotional Freedom Technique (or tapping) which enabled her to fully release that trauma. Since then, she has used EFT to change personally, including becoming more fully aware and at peace, and even to change physical aspects, particularly spinal and postural alignment issues, that she had from birth. In our wide-ranging conversation, we talked about developing greater awareness, her different view of the law of attraction, awakening, and more.

In this episode, I interview a spiritual teacher and poet who was born Derren Ohanian, and who has since taken the name Flowing River to honor the importance of grace and flow in his life. We had a wide-ranging and fascinating conversation about spirituality, some of his experiences, what he believes about how we can relate to the spiritual in our lives, healing as "transcending pain to embody your bliss", the process of awakening, and much more. He reads us one of his poems about compassion as an enlightening way of being. We went fairly deep in this conversation about spirituality and consciousness. I definitely enjoyed this conversation with Flowing River, and I think you will too.

The Science of Getting Rich, by Wallace Wattles, is a well-known classic book from the transcendentalism or science of mind movements. I'm bringing it to the podcast because it still helps people understand how the Universe works in terms of our ability to interact with Infinite Intelligence in creating or manifesting our desires. It is definitely all about spirituality and consciousness. In this episode, I read what I believe are the four most important chapters from the book. Those chapters cover 1) the fundamental principle of the law of thinking, 2) the need for gratitude, 3) acting in a "certain way", and 4) the law of increase. Although it's well-known, I suspect that many people interested in spirituality and consciousness may not have heard of it, and I wanted to bring it to their (and everyone's) attention. This is powerful stuff, especially if you would like to become rich as well as enlightened.

We continue to explore consciousness in depth based on the book What is Consciousness? which contains three essays by distinguished thinkers on the subject of consciousness: Jean Houston, Larry Dossey, and Ervin Laszlo. In this episode, which is the third of 3 parts, I focus on Ervin Laszlo's essay entitled "Consciousness is Mind Beyond Space and Time: The New Paradigm", and I read a significant portion of the essay. Laszlo is a scientist, concert pianist, global development activist, humanist, and author, co-author, or editor of 91 books, which have appeared in 24 languages. This episode provides further insights into understanding consciousness and, of particular note, Laszlo gives us the benefit of how the new paradigm of consciousness has influenced how he now lives in the world by sharing his "personal credo". I think the world would become a far better place if we all followed his credo.

This episode is a change of pace in that it is about success and how we can experience greater success through becoming more conscious. The "becoming more conscious" aspect however relates directly to my overall trend that we all need to become more aware, more awake, and actively participate in the evolution of consciousness. This episode is based on a free webinar that I offer on a regular basis as part of my coaching business in which conscious success is now a primary focus. I teach people the principles and practices of CONSCIOUS SUCCESS so they can live the lives they would love. A central idea is that "greater awareness leads to greater success", and so the key is learning to have greater awareness in all aspects of life.

This episode is a continuation of content (my reading from) and discussion about the book The Law of Divine Compensation by Marianne Williamson. The book focuses "On Work, Money, and Miracles" which is its subtitle. In this episode, I read excerpts from a number of chapters - covering spiritual surrender, transcending fear, positivity, job versus calling, embracing abundance, meditation, prayer, and creating wealth - and discuss my understanding of what she says. In the process of studying this book again, what Marianne teaches about love and the law of compensation have definitely had a deeper impact on me. There is much to learn from it, and I think the chapter on Job vs Calling is especially important for everyone wanting to live a more abundant and fulfilling life.

This episode is based on the book The Law of Divine Compensation by Marianne Williamson. In a sense, the book is a sequel or follow-up to her book published 20 years earlier, A Return to Love, because it expands on the importance of living from love rather than fear. But The Law of Divine Compensation focuses "On Work, Money, and Miracles" which is the book's subtitle. In the episode, I read several chapters from the book plus excerpts from several others, and I discuss those chapters including insights on the law of compensation, the nature of love, awakening, prosperity, and other points. My goal continues to be to help listeners better understand their inner powers and how to use them.

This episode is a continuation of S2E11 and is based on a little-known book, The Impersonal Life, channeled by Joseph Benner who was a Lutheran minister in the early 1900s. It is about our relationship to the Impersonal Self or Real Self. In this episode, I read chapters 5 and 6 from the book, plus excerpts from the last 2 chapters of the book. In my opinion, this is a very powerful book and potentially very far-reaching in its impact because it goes into great depth about our relationship with the Impersonal Self or what I most often refer to as the Infinite Intelligence. And Infinite Intelligence (God) is teaching us how we need to respond to what the book calls My Idea - God's plan for how each human being will evolve in consciousness. As in most of my episodes going back to mid-2020, this is about the call for humanity to awaken and evolve. Here is a quote from Benner's introduction to the first edition of the book: "The great blessing of the Message is that if you are ready, the "I" speaking herein will continue to speak directly to you from your own heart, after you lay aside the book".

This episode is based on a little-known book, The Impersonal Life, channeled by Joseph Benner. It is about our relationship to the Impersonal Self or the Real Self or True Self. In this episode, I discuss how the book relates to love and meaning and to our desires to awaken and have more authentic lives. I also read three chapters (1, 2, and 4) from the book. It is becoming more well known since a Hay House video series (online course), called Manifest Your Soul's Purpose, was released featuring Wayne Dyer and Anita Moorjani in which Dyer talks about the book and reads quotes from it. The book emphasizes meditating or praying on the phrase "Be still, and I know I am God" (a biblical quote from Psalm 46:10) in order to learn to know the God within each of us.

This episode continues the discussion about the importance of love as the essential path of evolving human consciousness. As Neale Donald Walsch conveyed the message in the book Conversations with God Book 4 - Awaken the Species, we humans must awaken to a higher level of consciousness if our species is to survive. We must come to know that everyone of us is part of a great oneness of life in the universe and begin to behave from that knowing. In this episode, I read excerpts from two books... The first is Love is the Way by Bishop Michael Curry, bishop of the American Episcopal church, and the second is We Consciousness by Karen Noe, a psychic and spiritual author and teacher. My intent in sharing from these books is to provide further context and insights about love and what it means to be and live love in the real world.

This episode continues to discuss the importance of love... being love, choosing to feel love rather fear, loving yourself, and sharing love with others. In the episode, I read excerpts from spiritual teacher Matt Kahn's book Whatever Arises Love That, and I add my own commentary. Kahn addresses the emotional aspects of spiritual growth, relationships in particular, and the physical effects we feel in the body. The theme of the book focuses on a powerful solution for life... as the title indicates, he teaches that whatever the difficulty you might be experiencing, whatever negative emotions you might feel, no matter had badly someone has hurt you, or how badly you feel, the answer is love. In that moment turn to love. Love yourself. Love the other person. Replace your negative feelings with love, and love will heal you to whatever degree you allow. Kahn also teaches that, as you learn to turn to love more easily and more frequently, you will begin to awaken from the trance of fear, and you will participate in ascension or awakening of mankind.

In the two previous episodes, I read the first 3 chapters from A Return to Love by Marianne Williamson and discussed some of the key points that were covered. In this episode I read chapter 4 from the book which is about Surrender, and I discuss key points from the chapter. When we surrender to love we turn away from fear and choose the power of love instead. Then I read from an article by Craig Hamilton entitled "Do You Believe in Love? How to Align Your Life with the Most Powerful Force in the Universe", and I comment on how Hamilton's article adds to our understanding of love. He didn't speak about surrender per se, but he said that when we take a stand for love - by committing to the belief that love is ever present and having faith in its divine transforming power - it enables us to "know love all the time". He is really talking about an awakening to love, and he emphasizes that this can happen without feeling a particular away. We can live love and express love without being attached to it . We do that by having unshakeable faith that love exists in the world regardless of what our ego is telling us.

This episode continues to focus on the importance of spiritual love. Continuing from the previous episode in which I read the first 2 chapters from A Return to Love by Marianne Williamson, I read chapter 3 for the benefit of my listeners. Following that I discuss some of the key points from the first three chapters of her book. As her book and A Course in Miracles both teach, love is the means by which we can connect with Infinite Intelligence (God) and become whole in all ways. Love allows us to connect to the Oneness of the divine and all of life. Love is the answer to all problems in the world today, and love is the way in which we can awaken and evolve both individually and collectively. We need to return to our true state that we were born with - the state of unconditional love. And that requires us to shift away from our ego, which only knows fear. This and future episodes will help you continue you to learn about the power of love and how to move into it.

In this episode, I put the primary focus on the importance of love. If humans could learn to fully understand that we are part of a great Oneness, that we are all one and every person is an individuate expression of the Infinite/God, then they would finally realize the importance of love. This is not just a good idea, this is about awakening enough to see the truth of who and what we are. I had actually not planned to read from a book in this episode, but I found myself finally reading A Return to Love by Marianne Williamson (which had sat on my bookshelf unread for a year), and I was so moved by her wisdom about love, that I decided to read the introduction and the first 2 chapters for listeners. The subtitle of her book is "Reflections on the Principles of A COURSE IN MIRACLES", so this is also the first time I've covered (indirectly) ACIM teachings. I personally have found ACIM difficult to understand, and Williamson does a beautiful job of explaining pertinent ACIM principles. The awakening of mankind would be a return to love and could save the world if it comes in time. WE NEED TO RETURN TO LOVE.

This episode addresses the question How do we change the world and overcome hatred, divisiveness, injustice, violence, and myriad other problems that we see today? And I believe very much that the answer lies in increasing numbers of people awakening to oneness, evolving in consciousness, and ultimately awakening the species. There is an urgency to this because humanity is on the cusp of either evolution or devolution. So I talk about awareness, awakening, oneness, conscious evolution, co-creation, and more to keep you thinking about these very important ideas. But a significant portion of this episode is in teaching spiritual practices that can help us take on more of these attributes within ourselves. I teach the practices of presence (i.e., awareness without thought), conscious choice-making, aligning with oneness, and choosing to awaken. Doing these practices regularly can help you awaken and grow in your oneness with the Infinite and all of life.

In this episode, I explore conscious evolution in some depth with content from Craig Hamilton, world renown meditation teacher, and Barbara Marx Hubbard, spiritual teacher, visionary, and author of the book Conscious Evolution: Awakening the Power of Our Social Potential. I also point out that BMH believed and Hamilton, Lipton, and others still believe that we are at a critical cross-over point where humanity will either join in the evolutionary process and continue to evolve, or will steadily devolve and face self-elimination from nuclear wars or will destroyed by the 6th mass extinction. Barbara was calling loudly, and Craig has been and still is calling loudly also for spiritual leaders and all spiritual seekers/explorers to step up to the urgent calling for us participate in conscious evolution. I also make note that we need to "grow up" as well as wake up, which means that in addition to awakening spiritually, humanity needs to grow from ethnocentricity to the levels of being world-centric and cosmos-centric.

In this episode, I discuss awareness and presence in greater depth. I begin the episode by reading a wonderful talk by Craig Hamilton which was posted as an audio, with transcript, on his website IntegralEnlightenment.com. It was posted on 12/18/2020 and is called "Opening to the Mystery of Consciousness: An Experiential Journey". I ask listeners to follow Craig's guidance into an exploration of awareness. But his article emphasizes why we experience awareness as something mysterious because "we have no idea how or why or even where it it's happening". But he explains that most of us go through life experiencing awareness as always focused on things, but a breakthrough - an awakening - can come if we can become aware of awareness itself. That is when we begin to awaken to our true nature beyond the mind, concepts, and ego stories -- and that is our Infinite Self, and which I recognize as the source of all awareness and knowing. Then, I walk the listener through the process of going deeply into the body again in order to experience inner body awareness and some level of presence. And finally, I talk about awareness and why you want to practice being aware more of the time. One definition of awakening is being fully present (aware without thought) continuously or most of the time.

This episode is all about presence - present moment awareness - as taught by Eckhart Tolle. To me, presence is a great place to start when we want to move toward personally awakening spiritually, the awakening of mankind, and the evolution of consciousness on Earth. In this episode, I talk about presence and why it is so important and such a powerful skill for living life more fully and successfully. And, in fact, I read a key portion from Tolle's book Practicing the Power of Now about staying present in everyday life through the practice of inner body awareness. It basically walks the reader/listener through a 5-minute meditation of "going deeply into the body". Presence, in its deepest form, is present moment awareness without thought. It shifts you away from the domination of mind and ego, and it opens a portal to the higher self, our soul, and the Infinite Intelligence of the whole Universe. So, as you can begin to see, presence is a very powerful way of being. And when more and more people begin to live in presence, not only will their lives change in powerful and wonderful ways but the world will begin to change in positive ways as well.

This episode is about: 1) becoming more conscious in the living of your life, and 2) becoming clear about what success means for you personally... Or said another way, it is about developing greater awareness and especially becoming aware of what is important to you and why. Although the abundance of good things is important to everyone, success ultimately is about what makes you happy and fulfilled.
This episode is aimed at spiritual people who have some inner awareness, and it begins with reviewing the importance of knowing that we are 3-part beings, and there is especially an important distinction between mind and spirit. But this episode addresses very practical aspects of conscious success as well. It covers the powers of awareness, thinking, purpose, confidence, creativity, taking responsibility, conscious communication, love and wholeness.

If you care about the state of the world and mankind, you should listen to this podcast which is about Neale Donald Walsch's book The Essential Path. The book's subtitle is The Daring Decision to Be Who You Truly Are, and the book is about the need for mankind to awaken to the recognition that we are each an expression of Infinite Intelligence. In this episode, I discuss the book with my guest Danny Rongo (That Oneness Guy) and, in the midst of that discussion I also read chapters 22-23 which talk about the changes that are likely to result when a significant portion (10% or more) of humanity chooses to make the daring decision that we are spiritual beings that are expressions of the One Essence (God). I urge everyone to read this small, important book. But if you don't have time, listen to these episodes about The Essential Path. If we truly knew that we are part of a great Oneness, we would behave very differently than we do now and we would put an end to all forms of alienation, division, injustice, and violence.

And in the final chapter, Neale again presents the list of 16 behavioral benchmarks, given to him by God in Conversations with God Book 4, for our acting in full alignment with oneness. And that is what NDW's message is all about. In this episode, I read the first 9 chapters which go into humanity's biggest problem and its cause. I urge everyone to read this small, important book. But if you don't have time, listen to this episode and also the next one, which will cover the solution to humanity's biggest problem. If we really pay attention to this and make the daring decision to be who we truly are, we will change the world!

This episode has the audio from a recent Life Vision webinar in which I talked about how you can learn to bring your dreams, or vision for your life, into your reality. I am a certified DreamBuilder coach and Life Mastery Consultant, and this webinar presents how our results depend totally on the quality of our thinking. But most of us can't overcome our paradigms - limited beliefs and programming acquired throughout our life and many times can't even see them or recognize them - on our own. And that's why the most successful people all have coaches to guide them, see their blind spots, help them overcome their paradigms, stay open to bigger possibilities, stay with their vision for themselves, and increase their performance. This webinar talks about the DreamBuilder program from Brave Thinking Institute and describes in detail the amazing story of a woman named Judy.

This episode was a very interesting interview with Neale Donald Walsch, primarily focused on his two most recent books - CWG Book 4 Awaken the Species and The Essential Path. We talked about the purpose of those books, Oneness, awakening of mankind, Highly Evolved Beings, awareness, and metaphysics, and other points of discussion. Neale made the point that he is a messenger rather than a spiritual teacher. It is always informative and enlightening to hear Neale talk about conversations with God and points from his books. But I think today all spiritual people are increasingly concerned about the awakening of mankind since the survival of the planet and our species depends on it..

In this fascinating episode, I interview Karen Noe, renowned psychic medium, about how she channeled portions of her book We Consciousness: 33 Profound Truths for Inner and Outer Peace from Wayne Dyer (who passed in 2015) and a group of celestial beings calling themselves the We Guides. We Consciousness refers to the fact that all of life is a great Oneness, and we are not truly separate beings as we believe. Yes, our physical bodies appear to be separate, but at the quantum physical level at the level of spirit, or what I call One Consciousness, all beings are One. Since I had covered the 33 Profound Truths in detail in episode #1, in this episode Karen answered my questions about the other content of the book as well as her stories of her developing her psychic skills and about her role as medium between Wayne Dyer and Dyer's family who were anxious to connect with him on the other side. And Karen emphasized the importance of our connecting with oneness, love, and peace for our individual benefit and for that of the world.

This was a fun episode with my friend Danny Rongo, author and musician, and the interview will also air on NewsForTheSoul.com on July 27, 2020. This episode was notably different in that during the course of the show, I played three of Danny's songs (although I had to cut the last one short due to time). Danny talked about his perspectives on Oneness, his music career, including his one-man musical called The Phone Call which was performed on Broadway, his book I Am God (and So Are You My Friend): A Common Man's Guide to Oneness, and much more.

This episode is about the 33 Profound Truths for Inner and Outer Peace as described in the book We Consciousness by Karen Noe, and the content is taken from my radio talk show (Be Empowered, Be Inspired) on NewsForTheSoul.com. Karen is a psychic medium and the 33 truths were channeled from Wayne Dyer and a group of ascending beings called the We Guides. These concepts are important, and all people serious about spiritual growth and especially about oneness and awakening should study them. In this episode I read the 33 profound truths and offer my own insights about each one. The book itself contains much great supporting material, including her story of how she came to interact with Dyer and serve as a medium between him and his family members. There is much for all of us spiritual seekers to learn in the book, and this episode provides insights about We Consciousness and the 33 profound truths.

This episode provides guidance for spiritual seekers about how to deal with all the negative responses arising in the era of Trump. It teaches the necessity to recognize low spiritual vibration from negative emotions and how to shift to higher frequencies. It teaches about forgiveness and the need to forgive others and yourself. It highlights some pertinent concepts from the book We Consciousness by Karen Noe - especially the need to focus on what is right in the world instead of what is wrong. And it offers the Loving Kindness Meditation as a technique, as taught by the Dalai Lama, for responding with love to very difficult situations and people. Stay empowered, be loving persons, nurture our Oneness, and do what you can to end corruption, divisiveness, injustice, and inequality.

This episode is about the many changes that are needed in our world - and they're beginning to happen! It is important to begin to see mankind in a new way, beyond race and nationalities... to see it as a whole in which we are all one. Humanity is not just a bunch of individuals and tribes; humanity is a species. And the human species is becoming more aware of itself and awakening to a new caring and responsibility for the whole of the species. I (host Raymond Posch) challenge all people to see mankind in this new way and participate in making a difference in the world.

This episode seeks to answer the question: What is Enlightenment? The words enlightenment and awakening are used in many different ways, and this episode examines meanings of the two words which are closely related in meaning. Then, to help expand on the discussion, I (host Raymond Posch) present what various authorities have to say about enlightenment... so a very broad base of definitions are presented. Spiritual teachers or authors and their referenced works include: Craig Hamilton (IntegralEnlightenment.com blog), Deepak Chopra (How to Know God), Joseph Benner (The Impersonal Self), Eckhart Tolle (The Power of Now), Andrew Cohen (Living Enlightenment), Michael Singer (The Untethered Soul), and Arjuna Ardagh (Awakening Into Oneness). If you want to dig a bit deeper into enlightenment, read what these brilliant people have to say on the subject. Enlightenment or awakening is an important subject for humanity to pay attention to. This episode will give you new insights.

Did humanity collectively attract or cause the pandemic? This episode tells you what I think about that big question and why. These are very interesting times... some spiritual teachers predicted big things happening in 2020, and the pandemic is very big indeed. I believe that there is a growing shift happening that is pushing humanity to awaken as a species, even though most people are not ready and are probably resisting. So in this episode, I talk a lot about the growing realization that huge changes are needed in the world, about Oneness, and about humanity awakening. I discuss 2 books that relate specifically to this discussion - We Consciousness: 33 Profound Truths for Inner and Outer Peace by Karen Noe, and Conversations with God Book 4: Awaken the Species by Neale Donald Walsch. And I also share recommendations about how to cope during the pandemic.

Living from the heart is a very powerful way of being in the world. It takes advantage of the knowledge that the heart is the center of connection to the soul, Oneness, Universe, and Infinite Intelligence. By so doing, it can tap into the energy, wisdom, intuition, inspiration, and power of Life itself. In this episode, Raymond Posch guides listeners through a process of learning to experience what living from the heart feels like and how you can develop the full capacity to live from the place of connection, intention, peace, love, and joy. You can use the fact that the heart has a nervous system with ~40,000 neurons that lets it communicate with and be in coherence with the brain. It requires trust in your own soul and in a Universe where you are empowered, guided, and supported in creating what you desire. And living from the heart can help you in your process of transitioning out of ego and into soul.

In this fascinating episode, host Raymond Posch interviews Lillie Leonardi, a spiritual intuitive and former law enforcement officer who sees and talks with angels. She had the amazing experience to see a legion of angels at the crash site of United Airlines Flight 93 on 9/11/2011. She talked about that event in her book In the Shadow of a Badge: A Memoir about Flight 93, A Field of Angels, and My Spiritual Homecoming, and shares about some of her experience in this interview. Lillie also talks about her more recent book, The White Light of Grace: Reflections on the Life of a Spiritual Intuitive, and about different times in her life, including seeing and interacting with Archangel Michael from a very early age up to the present. Lillie reads brief excerpts from both books.

This episode is in response to the challenging times we are facing today... with all the fears and uncertainties from the coronavirus threat, as well as the hate, divisiveness, and conflicts that are so present in politics and the state of the world. It is about learning to recognize that we are experiencing negative thoughts and emotions and making the conscious shift to raise our vibration, experience more positive states of being, and respond with true spiritual power rather than weakness and fear. I explain many ways that you can make the shift and find your power in love and Oneness. Additionally, I read a remarkable letter from renowned spiritual teacher Jean Houston that beautifully communicates that we can AND MUST shine the light of kindness, create a "virus of caring", extend ourselves into the well-being of each other, and return to wholeness as the family of mankind. Don't miss this episode!

This episode is important - it explains why YOU are needed to awaken... which is another way of saying that the world needs caring people to step up and raise their own level of consciousness in order to raise the consciousness of the world. Beginning with this episode, Raymond Posch, the podcast host, is also beginning to do more spiritual teaching in the episodes of the Spiritual Indies Only podcasts, and Posch briefly introduces his new life coaching and spiritual coaching (see LiveYourSuccess.com). The episode presents the need for increased spiritual awakening and awareness in people and the world as a whole, and provides a teaching about the principle of expanded awareness, including some simple awareness exercises. It concludes with the message: "When you change your self, it will enable you to make a positive difference in the world -- and even the smallest positive change in you will impact the world around you in positive ways."

This episode talks about the Carl Jung quote: "The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are." It addresses how, through the growth of the ego, we lose touch with our true self. And it explores how we can bring our spirit or soul, which is our true self, back to the forefront of our experience and live in that inspired way. Wayne Dyer, in his book "Living an Inspired Life", wrote about inspiration and being inspired and how powerful that is. Through being inspired, which means in-spirit, we can experience vast knowing, creativity, joy and ways of being that let us know the True Self and its calling. Uncovering our True Self requires breaking through the shell of the ego, and then we can experience what and who we are truly meant to be.

This episode is a must-listen-to lesson because it talks very plainly and clearly about 17 things that are believed to be true about God but in fact are not true. This is based on the book by Neale Donald Walsch called "God's Message to the World: You've Got Me All Wrong". And the 17 untruths about God were previously revealed in Walsch's conversations with God as documented in the Conversations with God books. I (podcast host Raymond Posch) found this book to be a delightful and much-needed book, and in the episode, I both read directly from the book as well as share my own insights.

This episode talks about Oneness from 10 different perspectives with the goal of helping listeners better understand Oneness. I do this by giving listeners more ways, coming from a different viewpoint and expressed in different words, so that oneness can be seen as a big idea that has a very large and broad foundation supporting it. We need Oneness, and the world needs Oneness. With Oneness, we can live better, healthier, happier, and more enjoyable lives. The last of the 10 perspectives that I talk about is We Consciousness. Shifting our perspective and thinking from "I" to "we" is a very powerful way to begin incorporating Oneness into ourselves and how we interact with the world.

This is a spirited conversation between Raymond Posch, podcast host, and author Danny Rongo, author of the book I Am God (and So Are You My Friend): A Common Man's Guide to Oneness. Both of us believe strongly in the need for oneness among all people and, in fact, that we are innately part of a Oneness of all Beings. But, unfortunately, humans are out of touch with our natural part in shared God-consciousness which Oneness is, and therefore all of the divisiveness and wrongness in the world is calling us to awaken and find a new approach to how we live and behave. We must return to Oneness, and when we do, we will shift the world from dis-unity to connection, harmony, love, and peace. But it begins with individuals choosing to think differently. This episode is about the very important spiritual topic of "wholeness" which is about the state of being whole (healthy in all aspects - physically, mentally, spiritually, financially, in work, relationships, and connected to the Divine) and complete in body, mind, and spirit. But it is also applies at all levels in the world, including mankind and Earth/world as a whole. The content is taken from my (Raymond Posch's) book "Awakening to Wholeness". Wholeness is related to, but goes beyond, oneness - and it is of vital importance for all spiritual people to learn how to grow in wholeness, make a difference in the world, and even to awaken in order to help the world shift to a higher level of consciousness. There is a delightful book, "Creative Ideas: A spiritual compass for personal expression", by Ernest Holmes, which I keep close by me and turn to for inspiration and prayer. It consists of 165 pages of short affirmative prayers, each one preceded by a perfect little introduction to help us clarify our thinking and expectation before reading that particular prayer. Very informative and detailed discussion of Deepak Chopra's classic book, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, first published in 1994. This is not just a book review. These spiritual laws have great power to change your life. It is worth your time to pay attention to what Chopra taught about these spiritual laws in this small but famous book. In this episode, I provide the crux of each law, what Chopra said about it, his recommendations for how to experience the law, and I share my own experience in relating to or applying the law. This book had a big influence on me, and I believe it is a source of very compact and valuable spiritual wisdom. Do you understand the difference between mind and spirit? This episode discusses why it is important to understand body, mind, and spirit and the basic relationships between them. When you know that you are pure being (consciousness) and your mind is a tool, you can begin to see the need to quiet the mind and return to your being state. Then Raymond Posch describes two simple meditations that beginning meditators can learn and use with little effort. The last 15 minutes are devoted to a guided meditation that includes contemplation of "spiritual knowing", and it strengthens your connection to the Infinite Intelligence and in feeling its presence and the sense of spiritual knowing it gives you.

This episode is about The Universe is a Green Dragon, a book by Brian Swimme published in 1984. This book greatly affected my thinking about what spirituality means and how the unfolding of the universe evokes being and the spiritual participation of humanity. The book's story is told as a dialog between a youth and a wise elder named Thomas. Raymond Posch shares selected portions of the dialog and shares his insights about the story's meaning and value as an introduction to spirituality based in modern cosmology (and, to a lesser degree, quantum physics). Spirituality means many different things to different people. But this episode paints a broad picture of spirituality for a diverse audience, and I illustrate some aspects of spirituality by telling listeners about my own spiritual history and my unique path. I describe what has been called the "perennial philosophy" and go into some important principles that arise from this spiritual philosophy: consciousness as primary, oneness, and wholeness. I emphasize that spirituality is experiential, there is no right or wrong way to explore spirituality, and everyone is on their own path. But spirituality can provide very powerful experiences and rewarding benefits, including greater satisfaction and joy in life. I also indicate some spirituality topics that future podcast episodes will be tackling.
