The ongoing feud between Donald Trump and the Republican National Committee kicked into a new gear late Thursday evening and into Friday morning, as the Republican Party's front-runner intensified his protestations and the party itself moved to defend its processes and remind Trump that the rules had been the rules for months.
In a defiant op-ed published in The Wall Street Journal on Thursday evening, Trump opined that the process through which delegates are selected and allocated is part of the same system that has "rigged" trade, economic and immigration policies against Americans.
"In recent days, something all too predictable has happened: Politicians furiously defended the system," Trump wrote, blasting in particular the process through which Colorado delegates were selected earlier this month. "'These are the rules,' we were told over and over again. If the 'rules' can be used to block Coloradans from voting on whether they want better trade deals, or stronger borders, or an end to special-interest vote-buying in Congress—well, that’s just the system and we should embrace it. Let me ask America a question: How has the 'system' been working out for you and your family?"

The back Story -
On February 1, 1960, four African American college students sat down at a lunch counter at Woolworth’s in Greensboro, North Carolina, and politely asked for service. Their request was refused. When asked to leave, they remained in their seats. Their passive resistance and peaceful sit-down demand helped ignite a youth-led movement to challenge racial inequality throughout the South.
In Greensboro, hundreds of students, civil rights organizations, churches, and members of the community joined in a six-month-long protest. Their commitment ultimately led to the desegregation of the F. W. Woolworth lunch counter on July 25, 1960.

"My name is Devin King and I am running for mayor of Greensboro. I am a 27-year-old with two jobs, one as a certified nursing assistant. Caring for the sick, mentally ill and elderly while living in poverty provides a perspective of standards of living most take for granted. My amazing spouse Bernadette works in both child care and retail. We have a 5-year-old son.

THE BARNES PROJECT was founded in 2007 by Benaiah Barnes who is a direct product of a promise that his father Pastor Benjamin A. Barnes, Sr. made early on in his walk with God, sacrificing the use of his own musical talent so that God would in turn “gift” his offspring. And God did just that.
The Barnes Project began to take shape on its own, but God gave Benaiah the vision to recognize, organize and name the band. The group’s original members are Brandon Barnes, Brittany (Barnes) Thoms, and BenaiahBarnes. As the group grew both artistically and spiritually, so did the group’s membership, and The Barnes Project welcomed vocalist and cousin Valerie (Barnes) Thoms. God has truly put His stamp of approval on the Barnes family and blessed The Barnes Project to not only do what they love by making music, but to be used by God to reach souls and spread His love.
The Barnes Project is genuinely concerned by the state of the world, especially its youth, which is the future. The Barnes Project is not moved by worldly wealth or personal gain. They stand firmly upon the foundation laid by those who came before them and particularly two scriptures: 1) Mark 8:36 “For what does it profit a man if he shall gain the whole world and lose his own soul?” 2) Proverbs 11:30 “The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.” The Barnes Project continues to lift up the name of Jesus and win souls for Christ.

Tonight's Guest - Glen Bradley is a fmr Republican member of the North Carolina House of Representatives for the 49th District of North Carolina. Bradley previously served as a US Marine Corps Corporal, Intelligence Analyst from 1993-1997. Bradley defeated Democrat John May in the general election held on November 2, 2010 with 51% of the vote. Bradley's election signaled a wide swing in the district, which had voted for former Democratic representative Lucy T. Allen 58%-41% over Keith Shearon in 2008. In the House, Bradley filed bills to study whether or not the state should authorize an alternative currency, and to require the state to accept gold and silver as legal tender.Bradley ran for the North Carolina Senate in 2012 but lost the Republican primary on May 8, 2012. He finished in last place out of three candidates, getting about 14% of the vote. In 2013, Bradley announced that he would be running for Vice-Chair of the North Carolina Republican Party.
