With a focus on the finest literature and culture of the Indian subcontinent, our Festival - and our audio channel - aim to foster critical thinking and the creative spirit.
This Sunday, on World Nature Conservation Day, we speak with NariShakti awardee Dr Madhuri Barthwal who is a pioneering leader in Uttarakhand’s cultural conservation. We end with a reading from environmental journalist Bahar Dutt’s Rewilding: India’s Experiments in Saving Nature.
This installment brings to you an interview with supercop Neeraj Kumar IPS, discussing the highlights and challenges of his illustrious career. We conclude with a discussion of Aloke Lal’s The Barabanki Narcos: Busting India’s Most Notorious Drug Cartel.
