Derick's musical journey spans back to the early 90s Manchester dance scene. Being a founding member of Rhythm Quest largely known for the classic club track "Closer To All Your Dreams". The band were renowned for their live shows and would tour the country playing at some of the biggest events and club nights. Now with his new show "Tales From The Rave". Derick is meeting up with friends both old and new. Giving the listener a chance to hear thoughts from the true pioneers from the early days of the scene, where it all began. Each guest will take you on a voyage of discovery through their dusted off record box sharing their favorite tracks from the Acid House summer of love and beyond revealing some of their "Tales from the Rave" along the way... Think illegal raves, Flying white doves, Acid lines, blowing your mind....... The starting of the international touring DJ, What it was like and what they really got up? All is revealed...
