Stop making excuses, stop half-assing the mission, and start believing you can do anything, not everything, but anything you set your mind to. In this One-N-Done Clint and Jonathan take a few minutes to explain the importance of specificity... being EXTREMELY specific.
When setting goals or doing tasks it is the utmost importance that you know what you want. You wouldn't walk into an ice cream shop and say "i'll have an ice cream" .. no.. you get specific about what you want and then boom... a vanilla cone with sprinkles on it gets handed to you. Life is the same way.
So know what you want and go get it!

As you (probably) already know, this last week has been a sad time for the world. Kobe Bryant, drafted out of high school to play in the NBA, went down in the books as one of the greatest to ever touch a basketball. While Kobe was a legend on the court, he is also remembered for being a family man, inspiration to a whole generation, and a poster child of what relentless focus can lead you to.
Tim Grover, author of "Relentless - From Good to Great, to Unstoppable" was the fitness and mental coach for top basketball competitors such as Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, Dwayne Wade and more. This book is spoked about in this podcast and comes as a recommendation read by evey member on the HSTL team.
If you ever get caught in self-doubt, procrastination, or lack of motivation. Tap in. Tap into your inner #MambaMentality and get relentless!
Check out some of Kobe Bryant's interviews on youtube, books, and podcasts to really understand the lessons he was teaching through his life.

Jawad Mazir founder of 'Dreams Collective' and Connor Judson Garrett founder of 'Lucid House Publishing' sits down with the HSTL boys (@jonathanhessing & @clintcrowe) to discuss starting entrepreneurship at a young age, and with little experience.
This was originally scheduled as a meeting to talk about rolling out products under the HSTL brand, and as per usual, the fellas got carried away in an inspiring and informational conversation about applying the action. This conversation comes from the perspective of creatives and real HSTLRs. This is a very important podcast for early entrepreneurs to listen to, as the discussion goes into monetizing ideas, finding holes in the market, and MOST IMPORTANTLY recovering from failure - using the lessons learned from losses to turn into wins.

Sometimes being a HSTLR is viewed as being a mean and selfish person. However, we believe that real success is defined by the people you've helped along the way. Truth be told the really successful people of this world are the ones who have found a way to radiate their positivity and have given an exuberant amount of effort to solve other peoples' problems! Are you doing what you can to give and be nicer to those around you?
1:40 - Gary Vee's 51/49 Rule - This rule is about giving. In any relationship you're in you should be giving one more than you're getting!
Clint and Jonathan discuss creating a mastermind of people around you who share experiences and are intellectually diverse.
2:08 - "Show Me Your Friends, I'll Show You Your Future" - The first rule of this is to avoid toxic environments, the second is to avoid 'Yes' men. You want people that will challenge you and ask you "why?"
5:35 - Bringing Vulnerability Into Your Mastermind - If you are not open about what you want to learn or what you feel you need to improve, it'll make it difficult to connect with people in search of answers.
9:20 - Why Is HSTLUP 'The Millennial Mastermind' - Clint and Jonathan feel they are dispersing information that they find interesting, progressive, and a driver for a high-frequency life. Clint and Jonathan are both learners and students of life, we are taking what we learn in a fast-paced way of learning.
12:46 - Take Action On Building Your Mastermind - Facebook groups, meetup.com, eventbrite, etc. Use resources to take action. We don't want you to just know what a mastermind is, we want to encourage you and give you the tools to build your own.
14:48 - THE RULE of 33 - You should always have three groups, balanced equally at 33%, of people in your life: People you learn from, People you teach, and People you can talk to.

In this episode, Clint and Jonathan discuss how the law of attraction doesn't exist without the law of action. The Law of Attraction is a change in your mindset and awareness, followed by a change in actions.
1:24 - "Will What You Want Magically Appear?" - The answer is NO. As one embarks on a journey of abundance, the "Law of Attraction" is a term for the changing of your awareness, therefore an evolution of how you perceive the world.
3:18 - "Reverse Engineering" - Figure out what your goal is, set one clearly and reverse engineer the steps it takes to get there
3:43 - Affirmations - To stay on track with what it is you want to manifest, you must affirm to yourself frequently, living within those parameters. Read them when you wake up, before bed and as many times as you can remember through the day.
7:05 - "Visualising A Bike Won't Make It Show Up On Your Doorstep" - ...but what it will do is guide your actions to work towards getting the bike, or metaphorical bike of your dreams.
11:39 - Freeing Your Time - We've all hard work smarter, not harder. Clint breaks down the different types of archetypes in business and how the most effective are able to create.

Clint and Jonathan bring another episode of raw, unedited conversation. This conversation is about what the hosts define as "The Law of Action". Separately, the Law of Attraction or manifestation into reality cannot exist without action.
2:15 - Taking Action Steps - Step 1 is stating your goals out loud and writing them down. Action trumps everything.
3:54 - Crate Systematically Systematized Systems - This is a term the cohosts came up with to conceptualize automating every part of your life.
5:15 - 'Want'-repreneurs - It could be said that today's entrepreneur is as grandiose as a rockstar in the '80s. 'Wantrepreneurs' are a group of individuals who want the limelight and riches of an entrepreneur but don't fully grasp what it takes to get.
8:59 -Micro Action, Macro Patience - This is a term from Gary Vaynerchuck (Gary Vee) which means work every day with extreme focus and consistency, but be patient in the long term with the process.
11:17 - A/B Testing...Just Try It - There is no right or wrong, there is no failure or success. There are just the next steps and ways to do things better, the key to doing this is to A/B testing.

Clint and Jonathan sit down with Sex and Relationship Coach, Haley Helveston. They discuss the mental, physical, and spiritual importance of understanding your body, mind, and orgasms?
3:15 - Are Orgasms Indicative of Mental Health Status - For a lot of women, they are completely disconnected. A woman's sexual energy is her strongest energy, so if she is disconnected in that capacity there are other underlying mental barriers.
6:23 - Sigmund Freud's "Neuroticism Impact On Lack of Sexual Expression" - In today's age with social programming and big pharma drugs, the mind is programmed to operate a certain way. According to Sigmund and Haley, this can lead to extreme anxiety and depression.
13:20 - Masculine & Feminine Energy - These types of energy dictate how a man or woman operates and what intrigues them. It has no barring on sexual identity, however, it does create a foundation for the partner you find who you are polarized to do the most.
17:40 - A Huge Problem In Relationships Is Lack Of Sexual Communication - Baltanlty said, people just don't feel comfortable talking about their sex lives. Haley breaks down how "Your sex life reflects your relationship, who you are in bed, is who you are in life."
20:48 - Semen Retention/#NOFAP - This is a subculture that has popped up very recently of men who have been staying away from porn, and masturbation in general in order to achieve physical benefits as well as mental and emotional.
24:41 - Sex Dates - On recommendation by Haley, the easiest way to increase your sex life while in a relationship, is for one to be able to talk about it. But not only that, plan for sex dates. For example, every Wednesday at 7PM is the sex date, where the goal is to be there and be present for a sexual experience at least once a week. Make that mandatory and it increases the relationship in many capacities.
30:20 - Bedroom Validation Through Dirty Talk - For women and men dirty talk in the bedroom has many good benefits. Most importantly, the biggest benefit is that it gives your partner validation. Though it's different for everyone, an affirmation that you're doing something right can never hurt.
Stay tuned for part 2 which dives deeper into the different types of orgasms and how to give them as well as how to separate the orgasm from ejaculation.
