About:

My name is Lachlan, I'm a student at the University of Sydney and for most of my life have studied and strived to pursue physics, but things in my life seem to be changing. I have decided to change direction in life and become more involved in psychology, therapy, and helping people with their issues. I see this podcast as the first step to realising that dream.

If you want to be a part of that, all you have to do is send in a question about absolutely anything that you need help with and I'll give my honest and open opinion and hopefully provide some sense of help.

An obvious question is why listen to me? Well, I'm free, I will answer any question I am given and I can give you another opinion on something you are struggling with; people ask strangers on the internet things all the time, this just adds a personal touch. Though it can not be stated enough that I am not a psychologist or therapist and any questions dealing with severe mental health issues will still be answered, but answered with the advice to see your closest qualified health professional.

Thanks for being here.
