Ephesians 6:18 prayer makes the armor of the preceding verses in Ephesians 6 operable. Without the Holy Spirit empowered prayer that armor is worthless. In the same way Romans 8:26-27 is the understanding for our Romans 8:28 "all things working together" miracles that we so desire. But without our surrender to praying in the Holy Ghost the church has abandoned our post as watchmen on the wall. God is calling us back to prayer and the hour is so very urgent! Certainly you see that.
We prayer this message awakens you like it did us! My God have His way in our lives and may we yield to His Spirit of intercession in this hour.
Jesus tells us that from the heart flows the issues of life. Paul carries this message forward and tells us that by the Holy Spirit we are to "carefully guard the precious truth that has been entrusted" to us. It is a critical heart issue that as disciples of Jesus Christ we remain free from the mixture of the world less we allow the Truth in us to become defiled. Our faith must remain true and our love to one another strong! The world needs us to remain faithful in this hour. We pray this message encourages you to guard your hearts!
God’s character is to finish. Philippians 1:6 is such a beautiful and meaningful verse that should really get a deep dive. Today we look closely at this verse and even see where Paul pulls from Old Testament truth to speak this bold confidence to the believers at Philipi. Today, this truth is no less powerful for you and I, God started the work in us and He will be faithful to perfect this work in us until the ending of this age when the God Man, Jesus Christ comes! He is the Alpha and the Omega! The One who Starts and the One who Finishes! Amen!
David prays to Yeshua the promises made to Him in these closing stanza's of Psalm 119. These amazing verses offer us a glimpse of the personal vows that the Lord made to David. In case you have not noticed, there is a global push to suppress Truth. Unless the body of Christ remains full of the Holy Spirit we will not be able to remain in the Truth. Jesus alone is Truth and He alone is the One who guides into all Truth.
Truth is not an abstract concept or a spiritual unattainable journey we take to higher levels of nirvana. No, Truth is a Man and is Name is Jesus Christ! This Parable about the Kingdom is truly revealing. Do we celebrate other peoples advances or do we become jealous? When we work so hard and long and the reward just does not seem to happen like we thought it would. Then someone comes along and does one fifth the work and gets just as much the reward or more as you? Does that infuriate you? Or can you see from the Father’s perspective and honor that person because God chose to reward them?
“Is it against the law for me to do what I want with my money?” - What a statement from Jesus in this parable! “Should you be jealous because I am kind to others?” - How many times do we see our Father’s kind treatment of others as mistreatment to us? If thats happening, then you’re not seeing from the Kingdom perspective.
What are the prophetic implications of living in the season of the Tribe of Dan? The Tribe of Dan were the Rear Guard for the procession of the tribes Israel. They were last. Dan also came to provide the judges for Israel. This is a timely word for the season we are in. God is our rear guard.
Then your light shall break forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily, And your righteousness shall go before you; The glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard. - Isaiah 58:8 NKJV
Our identity comes from our Father in heaven and we just do not get this message enough. Jesus understood this truth from an early age. Jesus walked this truth out during His ministry. When we base our lives on the truth that God loves us we will be stable in everything we do because God's love for us never waivers. Where do we get our name? When our lives are in step with the Spirit of God, the natural outcome is to produce the fruit of the Spirit. The carnal man is at odds with the Spirit of God and the Spirit of God is at odds with the carnal man. It is a constant war for the soul of man! If you set up your life to live in step with God, you will produce fruit that is in keeping with the Holy Spirit and your life will produce peace, and joy and all those characters that Galatians 5 speaks about. This is only possible with the Holy Spirit's presence in your life though. Only when you live in the rain of God. It's not possible in your own strength. Meekness is not of this world. Meekness can only be found in God because it comes from God. The source of meekness is the same source of the gifts of the Spirit. All of the gifts of the Spirit are just different expressions of love. When the meditations of our heart stay upon meekness or love we are more likely to have meekness filled responses to the people around us. When are our thought life is filled with carnality and not reigned in by the Spirit we are more likely to have judgmental reactions to those around us. James 1:21 -25 is powerful word that was given to believers. Imagine looking at yourself in the mirror on a daily basis but by the end of every day you forget what you look like. Well, you don't have to imagine that, it's true! we all do it. Without looking steady into the Word of God we all forget the image that we were created to look like.
