The intention of making this podcast was to help anyone out there who has a problem with their energy levels. Maybe its depression, maybe its not. I am not a doctor, I just know what works for me. Sometimes we don't like to talk about our lack of energy- we accept things like depression as a way of life and, although it may always be present, it doesn't have to control you. In this podcast, I hit on three main ideas

I want to reaffirm that, when I speak about energy or about a well around you or about the opaqueness of one's character, I am not speaking literally. I am speaking figuratively, using metaphors that I have been introduced to through reading books on Taoism.
