Here is the rest of the news broadcast from the other day. Has anyone spotted any clues to tell us when this show may have originally aired? We think in the winter of either 1969 or 1970.
I know it's hard to believe, but sometimes an hour of polka is enough. So, here is something completely different! Smooth and swingy, WADV's Saturday afternoon music hosted by Mr Lesniak himself was no doubt the soundtrack to many homes in the sixties and seventies. Listen up for the station ID towards the end and some news and weather.

Here we have part one of a two part recording of one of Dan Lesniak's Polka Ballroom shows. One of his loyal listeners recorded this broadcast on cassette sometime in the early spring of 1969 or 1970 and passed it along to the Lesniaks.
