Prayer is an important aspect of the journey of faith. However, it glaring from the Scriptures that God's attention is not drawn to every kind of prayer. In the part four of this series, we shall be looking at the recognition of the fatherhood of God, in other to attract God's attention during prayers. Be blessed as you listen.
Jesus Christ lived, suffered, died through crucifixion and resurrected from the dead in order that we may have life. We have the mandate to celebrate Him for the sacrifices He made for humanity. Despite the need for a celebration of this God-man, everyone is not qualified to celebrate Him. A perfect celebration can only come from a life that embodies the three main aspects of Easter - Suffering, Death and Resurrection.
Jesus taught his disciples to pray that God's will should be done on earth, just as it is done in heaven. This implies that the will of God is another prerequisite that ensures God's attention is attracted to our prayers. Be blessed as you listen to part 6 of the series on prayer.
A kingdom is the domain of a king. The king sets the rules for the citizens of his kingdom and pays attentions to the needs of his citizens. The kingdom of God is the domain of God. His kingdom is the reign of God in the heart of men. In the fifth part of this message, we looked at the importance of seeking the kingdom of God in attracting attention in the place of prayer.
Prayer is an important aspect in the journey of faith. However, not all prayers attract God's attention. In the fourth part of this series, we shall examine the importance of recognising the fatherhood of God in order to attract God's attention, each time we bend our knees in prayer.
