In this episode, I talk about how changing the way I set my goals helped me lose 100 pounds, make more money, and quit my job. I used to always set results-oriented goals such as "lose 100 pounds" or "make $250,000" but I realized a few years ago that in order to achieve those goals, I need to associate it with a certain amount of output. I started creating output goals instead and sure enough, all of those results-oriented goals I set and failed year after year came true.
