Someone has probably encouraged you to "find healing" and you probably don't know where to start or what it entails. This week, I'm back (after a long break) with the first episode of my first podcast series "Healing". On this episode, I shared the natural progression of transformation, how healing is essential to our human experience and the types of healing as well as God's plan of healing.

I hope this episode helps you to break this topic down into bite-sized takeaways. Next week, we shall explore trust as our first element of healing.

Welcome, friends!

In this episode, I shared how forgetfulness is a product of resentment and how we can overcome resentment by practicing the discipline of trust and gratitude with a short testimony of mine. This episode is also heavily inspired by Henri Nouwen's book, The Return of the Prodigal Son. Last but not least, I hope you stick around till the end because I have an encouragement for you.

I trust that God will reveal Himself to you through this episode so have a blessed, enjoyable listening and God bless. See you next week!

Hi friends!

Thank you for tuning in and staying till the end!

So this episode is about a word that we kind of wish it did not exist because it can be scary but thankfully, we're not exploring alone ey? I will share how this word has led me to understand what mercy means and change the way I see repentance.

I trust that this will be transformational for you or help you on your journey back home!
