Chadwick Moontribe
As a long time devotee of dance music culture, influenced by a wide range of music throughout his youth and inspired by the DJs and events of the early 90s California rave scene, Chadwick began his journey as a DJ in 1993.
Over the years he has developed a diverse sound ranging in various styles of techno, progressive, psytrance, psytech, breaks, techhouse, house and a bit of chillout. While his sets are sometimes hard and energetic, sometimes groovy, melodic, moody and even a little funky, there is always a psychedelic element in the mix. The style may change from one set to the next, but one thing remains in focus: the dance and the celebration of life.
Chadwick is a resident DJ and organizing volunteer with Southern California’s Moontribe Collective, who have been gathering under the full moon in the Mojave Desert since 1993.

"30 F*CKIN' YEARS!", someone shouted as this momentous occasion came to a close. 30 years of Moontribe Full Moon Gatherings -- just WOW. Such a wonderful gift to be a part of this unique community of artists, musicians, creators, dancers, lovers, family and friends, young and old. Words cannot describe what it has meant to me, and means to me to be able to participate in the "intense, but dancefloor friendly" magic that has been such a huge part of, and impact upon, my life. I am deeply grateful for each and every one of you and wish for everlasting peace and joy in yours. Thank you, Moontribe Collective. Closing September's Full Moon Gathering with morning psy vibes was such an incredible high -- I had the absolute best time playing to such a receptive and playful group of dancing lunatics! This one was a wonderfully small gathering and the dancefloor vibes were super thick all the way through.. and that sky! 😮 The nearby hurricane painted the most amazing show of clouds, stars and moonlight all night and morning, and even kissed us with a few raindrops. So beautiful! Thank you, Moontribe community. Dancing and playing with you is always such an incredible pleasure. May you enjoy listening to this as much as I did playing it. Moontribe has been gathering for 25 years. It has been such an honor to be a part of this beautiful community for almost 20 of those years, and I am a better person for it. Thank you all for this wonderful experience, and here's to 25 more years. . . and 25 more after that. . .

March 2018 Moontribe Full Moon Gathering was all the things.. beautiful, blissful, intense, challenging, raw, adventurous, hilarious, and as always, simply wonderful. Summer! We danced through the hot and dusty night, and well into the unruly heat of mid morning. Deep in the Mojave Desert, under the November full moon known among many names as the "Moon When All Is Gathered In", we gathered and danced for the last time in 2013 . . . and what a gathering it was! This set was played in the wee hours of the night into the sunrise, during a most epic moonset.
