In this episode, Mayume n' Manjeet talk about MEDITATION. They share what they do as a meditation practice and what that looks like for them... there is no right or wrong way to meditate, it's all about finding a way to quiet your mind or connecting with your body, or connecting with nature, or connecting with someone else. First, breathing is one of the best ways to get started. Allow yourself :60 (set a timer) and just breathe long and deeply. Then there's Music! It is one of the best ways to get into a meditative state as well and feels oh so good. Playing an instrument, singing, dancing, walking, hiking, journaling, cooking, doing the dishes... all ways to be mindful. The ladies want you listeners to know that monkey mind is real, but if we remove the expectation of what "meditation" really is and just find time to get centered, breathe, relax our shoulders, visualize peace and in whatever form that resonates, we're going to be just fine. This will benefit your mind, body and soul....Try the many ways they mention here and see which one(s) works for you! Raising your Vibration: What exactly does that mean? And what is the difference between Vibration and Frequency? In our lives, we all have things that go wrong, wonky, awry, and not as we had planned or more importantly... not as we had hoped. There's that saying: "When one door shuts, another one opens..." Forgiveness...this can be a heavy word. Tuesday, May 11, 2021 marks 25 years since Mayume's dad was murdered. Listen in as Mayume shares her experience in finding peace within after sitting across from her dad's murderer for 4 hours. In this episode, M&M will provide some great insight of their own personal work with forgiveness (or release) and provide many useful and unique strategies with real tools to help you on your journey. If you find you're struggling with letting go, or giving your power away, first ask yourself the question whether or not there's negative emotions attached to the person/memory and if holding onto it is serving you. There is no judgement here, only awareness. Forgiving someone/something will almost always allow you to move forward without the emotional anguish tied to it and this brings about not only healing--but liberation! This is a process... it does not happen overnight. Please know, that this is your personal journey and only you can determine if and when forgiveness will serve you. This podcast/show is going to help you determine where you are and what you need to live your best life, especially as a Lightworker.Â

A truly diverse topic with many different aspects to it, we discuss "the power of thought."Â Our thoughts are so incredibly powerful in ways that we don't even realize; it can either uplift or sabotage. Whether it's the inner critic projecting negative self talk, us subconsciously creating self-fulfilling prophecies or manifesting the life of our dreams with optimism and positivity, we attract that which we direct our attention to. Manjeet provides some quick life coaching tools around the power of our thoughts... A great place to start is recognizing and acknowledging what thoughts we're actually having, then making that shift to change them or "flipping the script" (if necessary) and then of course once you know what that is, practice, practice, practice!
This show is just so awesome. It was super fun to sit around and talk about Angel Signs and how to open ourselves up to receive them. And really, let's be honest, "Angels" can mean more than the all white, winged, halo-wearing benevolent beings...it can also refer to our spirit guides leaving us a sign to validate that we're on the right path or our loved ones who have crossed over trying to leave us signs to let us know they are okay and still with us. Angel signs can be a beautiful source of guidance, comfort and healing.

The term, "Lightworker," was first used by author and teacher, Michael Mirdad in the 80s,but it wasn't until 1997 when author/speaker and very well-known Spiritual teacher, Doreen Virtue, wrote and released her book, The Lightworkers Way. The best way to easily describe a Lightworker... is someone who feels an enormous calling to help others...they volunteer to act as a beacon of light for the Earth and commit to serving humanity.Â
Of course most people when they hear the term Lightworker, assume it is a very woo-woo type individual such as a psychic medium, or a Reiki Healer, or Clairvoyant... when in fact, there are millions and millions of Lightworkers walking this Earth more so today than ever before, serving humanity as a beautiful volunteer of love and light.
